Really enjoyable and pleasant stay, accommodation excellent with good local shops nearby.

Location very good, with local supermarket and shops nearby were very useful.

The flat itself was great; outside, communal paintwork and grassy areas need some improvements for a perfect score.

Nice but not for me

Once inside the flat it was lovely,

The bed was very low & soft, it's not the one in the photo's. Its shared access to the flat which isn't the nicest but it's not something that can be changed. Unfortunately there is a rather large dog in the flat below, now I know dogs bark but it woke us on Sunday at 00.45, 4.20 & on the final morning 5.20. So we were up & checked out by 7.30 as we couldn't get back to sleep. Also it was a bit odd that there was open spices etc in the cupboard.

A very pleasant memory in the mist of a very difficult summer. Thank you.😊

It was a very lovely flat. Everything was provided and thought of. We felt secure and completely enjoyed our stay.

The only but was getting into the flat itself the walkway and stairs which is shared and I realise the host has little or no control over. Anything the host can do to improve these will definitely take the rating up.

The flat itself appears newly decorated. The location was very convenient.

The overall look of the building and garden is very basic.

Superb

This is a comfortable little flat with plenty of space for two people. The kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed and there was loads of useful storage space in the bedroom. The flat is almost next door to a convenience store (and fish and chip shop) and is five minute’s walk away from open green spaces and delightful woodland walks. There was no road-noise in the bedroom at the rear of the property.
