We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. Cobwebs, dirty floors, dirty oven and grill.
It actually had nothing, no oil or butter or basic pantry items that most places will have.

Such peaceful surroundings and great property amenities. A wonderful place to rest and recharge.

This condo was perfect for our family. 3 queen beds each with own bathroom. Good location not far from rec center and beach to launch paddleboards. Property is somewhat dated but kept in good shape. We'd rent this place again.

Such a peaceful place to stay. We only stayed two nights but the whole family wished we could stay longer. My son especially liked how comfortable the couch was. If I ever get back to the Port Ludlow area, I will stay here again.

We had such a lovely family get away here! The views were beautiful, the home has a great layout with plenty of bathrooms and space, comfy beds and my daughters LOVED the pools at the beach club. We are already planning on returning. We've stayed in plenty of vacation rentals and this was one of the best. Can't say enough good things about it!

We loved our little getaway with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in each. The furniture is modern and the view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was pleasant. My favorite Vacasa stay to date!

We stayed here for four days and three nights and were very impressed with how accurate the listing was, how well laid out the space was and how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were.
The bedrooms were all nicely appointed and spacious. My only critique is that it was hard to find an outlet in one of the secondary bedrooms. We would have been fine in the master bedroom but I use a CPAP and there was only a single outlet in a difficult to access space behind the bed. Otherwise, the bedrooms were great.
The showers were lovely with good water pressure, and the kitchen had everything we needed- pots, pans, stove, silverware, toaster, microwave, cups, mugs, coffeemaker, and probably some other things we didn't use. The dishwasher was easy to figure out and the fridge and freezer worked fine. The kitchen space was a little small but we generally only had one person in the kitchen at a time so it wasn't a real problem.
The best feature was the porch facing the water - a great spot for breakfast, reading, bird watching and conversing. Truly lovely and absolutely worth it. The surroundings were incredibly well kept- we saw people trimming and leaf blowing and keeping things up every day - more than we saw our neighbors. There was plenty of area to walk our dog (though not enough garbage cans for dropping bags of dog waste!), a gorgeous little beach, and if you wanted to rent a kayak or eat lunch at the restaurant or go swimming, there were plenty of amenities nearby.

My family stayed here over the holiday weekend and we found the place to be perfect for us to spend quality time together. The check-in process was clear and the unit was well-stocked with everything you'd need to enjoy it to the fullest!
A couple of things that could be improved:
* The pool/hot tub closes 30 mins before the posted close time. You also need to sign in and get a pass before using the facilities. This would have been nice to have been communicated in the listing and/or have a printout in the unit instead of finding it out from the rude lady at the check-in counter.
* The shower in the bathroom closest to the parking lot drips in the night.
* The checkout time of 10 am is a bit early
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Here's the bottoms line to my wordy review:
The place is nice, well stocked, has a beautiful view, had comfortable beds (number one priority), is close to amenities, but it's so cold inside. We anrrived just as snow was starting to fall. The front door code didn't work, so I had to call Vacasa for help. The wait was a little long, especially given the freezing temp, but they were helpful. Door lock is a pain. Once in the unit, it was darn cold. I think 58 degrees. The view of the snow on the grass overlooking the water and mountains was incredible. The unit was nicely updated except for the baths, both en-suite, so we had private bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. Probably the best I've had in recent vacation rentals. Some of the items in the cupboards were dirty, not bad, just like someone didn't do a good job of washing. The gas wood stove heated up the main room fairly quickly, but the wall heaters were not sufficient to warm the rooms, especially the back room, which had a door to the outside, lacking weather stripping, causing cold air to blow onto the tile floor, making it freezing cold on your feet. I had to make a yoga mat/towel trail in the bathroom. I brought a space heater based on the last review and that was helpful. All floors are really cold because the flooring is likely (probably correctly) laid directly on concrete. They don't want shoes in the house so bring slippers.
All that said, I'd rent it again!

LOVED staying here! We went hiking nearby, explored the Port Townsend farmers market, and could not have had better views. We stayed during a full moon and the moon rose over the mountains - with a spectacular view right from the deck. We slept GREAT (beds are so comfy!!) and had everything we could have wanted from games to binoculars/telescope (excellent for looking at the moon).

The alarm in the master suite beeped all night. I was on the phone with an online representative until 1130 who had alerted the on-site staff. The problem wasn’t taken care of until late morning the next day. At that point, we got the code to the lock box for the key to the master suite and were able to remove the battery. If this would’ve happened the night before, we would’ve had a much more restful night sleep.
We did request a refund for the first night due to this issue and after several calls, we were able to obtain a refund for the stay.

Wonderful location easy to get to. Nice views and all that we needed with the possible exception of an iron/board (at least we didn’t find one). Nice restaurant, easy parking and very quiet. Sadly the outdoor pool was not available for refinishing as it was a beautiful pool but the indoor pool was. Nice pickle ball courts. We will return!

Perfect fit for 4 adults. Small deck with view of the Sound. Walkable distance to the harbor and restaurant. Perfect for our group.

The view was very nice. The condo was very comfortable and had good walking trails nearby. The condo was sufficiently supplied with kitchen and bath essentials. The beds were comfortable as well.

I stated here for locality while dealing with a kitchen repair. The view is amazing, the decor is chick and comfortable. Wonderful kitchen, stocked with all kinds of great cooking items. Lids don’t fit the pots and pan though? Lots of available towels and linens. Nice grill, but I didn’t use that. This is a cute summer stay condo. But not well suited to a winter weather stay.
Here’s the issues I had:
The day I l arrived it was a power outage. No one from VRBO had even gotten back about checking in early as I requested. I don’t believe it had even been occupied prior to my arrival so no reason to not allow a earlier check in with the situation of no power. No one checked with me during this outage.
1) I searched everywhere and there was no flashlight anywhere, so they need to address that. A flashlight in each room and a first aid kit in case of emergency seems reasonable. I had to go home, and bring back my own flashlights.
2) There were no instructions left for gas fireplace operation, but fortunately I was able to figure it out and it lit, so I had heat during the 12 hrs + while there and awaiting power to come back on. No instructions for operating the cadet wall heaters either. They were not able to keep the condo warm adequately. Would blow cold air. Had to run CONSTANTLY to even try to get it warm in there. Noisy all the time and kept me from sleeping very well. No heat register in the kitchen or bathrooms. So those rooms were freezing. Especially the main bedroom/ bath. The gas fireplace helped keep the whole home warmer. I left messages about making sure the LP tank was full for the fireplace as it was heating the home. It ran out 2 days before departure. So it was not very comfortable in the unit.
3) the main bedroom bed was broken. It felt like I was rolling out onto the floor to the right. Not sure if it was the mattress, box spring or bed frame . But I couldn’t sleep in that bed. Had to move the guest room.
4) the bed was more sleepable in the guest bedroom , but the cadet wall heater was set to go no higher than 66 degree. Wouldn’t reset. Now anyone who knows cadet’s knows it’s like trying to heat a home with a blow dryer. Inefficient and noisy. The whole condo was under insulated. Cold and drafty.
5) the washer and dryer make enormous squeaking belt rubbing noises the whole time. I informed them of the issue. But while there for over 18 days, no repairs made. 2-3 of 5 stars overall. Just not comfortable

Everything was clean and comfortable! The only change I recommend is to include the building number 11 in the online directions.
Thank you!

The area is right on the beach - this condo has a deck to enjoy sunrise over the water. Very spacious and well equipped. Will return to Pot Ludlow!
