Minutes from major highways and close to everything Cleveland has to offer! You'll get privacy, comfort and a great night's sleep in this well-furnished house. The completely refreshed house is yours to enjoy with up to 8 people and includes many comforts you would find at home. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors at one of many Metroparks in the area, grill outside in the nice summer weather, go downtown for a game or one of many excellent local restaurants and bars, or just enjoy some time at your home away from home in this quiet Parma neighborhood.

This house is totally private and you will be the only guest here.
-Each bedroom includes a 32” or 50” Roku TV, 2 USB charging ports on each night stand for phones or tablets, and blackout curtains.
-The main bedroom also has a half bath, and sleeper sofa for additional sleep space.
-Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep with a brand new oven/stove and microwave, full set of pots and pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for 8, as well as a coffee bar equipped with standard brew pot, hot water kettle, and French press, with included coffee/cream/sugar.
-The living room comes with a large sectional and chair for plenty of seating, as well as a 65” Roku TV.
-The garage and basement is not available for use, but the whole main house and small backyard are open for guests.
-The driveway can fit several vehicles and street parking is also free.
This house is self check-in, but if you have any issues getting in or in general with the place, please reach out as we live just down the block and can respond pretty quickly.

The bedding for this house is set for 6 guests as standard, so please let us know if you need more than 3 beds and we will bring out more bedding for the fold out bed upstairs.
Uber and Lyft are available in this area. There are plenty of grocery stores including Giant Eagle and Walmart, and just about every fast food you can think of within a 5-10 minute drive.

Just stayed one night to go to a Guardians game. Met all of our needs

The house was convenient to all Cleveland area attractions. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a front porch to sit on. Unfortunately, the next door neighbors had loud parties that lasted until the early morning hours the first two nights that we were there making it hard to sleep. The area around the property was over grown and needed some lawn and landscaping maintenance.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the location was conveniently located near Cuyahoga NP. After a long day of exploring & hiking it was great to come back to a comfortable living space.

The house was exactly as stated on the listing. Very quaint and clean! We weren't there a lot during the day because of the festivities that were going on, but it was certainly nice to come to after a long day and sleep great!

The house was great. It was clean and had a lot of amenities available to us. We took advantage of the grill and it worked great! It was good to have tv's in all the room's. Great location as well close to everything. The neighbors were very friendly also. We will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time staying here! We were in town for a Noah Kahan concert & the house was a perfect distance from the venue! House was so cute for the 4 of us!! Neighbors were also very welcoming & kind. Host was amazing & replied almost instantly to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend & will be staying again when in Parma again.

Nice clean property on a residential street. We stayed there for the eclipse; more than enough room and facilities. Convenient location. Our main concern was the pillows; they were very small and soft - made it hard to sleep on them.

My husband and 2 college age kids stayed for 2 nights. We had plenty of personal and communal space. We never needed to contact host during our stay. When one of the smart tvs wasn’t working correctly we knew to just unplug it to reboot it and it worked fine. It is a house that is a dedicated short-term rental within a well-kept suburban neighborhood. Renovated older house that still has some of the era charm. It did have an older house smell to it upon arrival but our senses adjusted to it and we stopped noticing it. There are restaurants and grocery within short driving distance (vegan kid easy to feed). My kids like to thrift so we visited some nearby thrift stores. Parma was within 30 minute drive of all our other destinations (art museum, House of Blues, and national park).

It was a great place to stay and the owner was super easy to work with, would definitely stay there again. The dining room had plenty of room for board games and dinner.
The neighborhood felt very safe and we were able to park our car up in the driveway, away from the road. Plenty of food options very close.
The drive to Cuyahoga wasn't bad either, which was a beautiful (and free) national park.
The wood floors as well as the doors were beautiful but pretty squeaky, which was fine for our situation, but might be tough if there are light sleepers, kids, etc.
Also, no shampoo/soap/conditioner in the shower, which would be an awesome/cheap/easy addition for unprepared travelers ;)

We really enjoyed our stay! The craftsman style house was comfy and all family members were comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our meals. TVs in all rooms was appreciated by the teen and young adult. We stayed two nights on our tour of zoos. It was easy to get to the zoo from the house. Josh was quick to respond to our questions. They neighborhood was great. We will recommend to friends and hope our travels bring us back.

We came with a family of 6 adults and 2 under 2 for the weekend and visited the Cleveland Zoo. Communication was clear and timely and the house was so clean and everything we needed. The neighbors were beyond friendly. Even let us use their slide for our little ones! Would absolutely recommend and if we visit again, we will come here to stay. thank you!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We did a quick spring break trip to Cleveland from Cincinnati to check out the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame in the Christmas story house.
This property number one is far larger inside, and it looks from the curb. Impeccably, clean and close to everything.

This property was in a good neighborhood and was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The house is very clean and well furnished. It's not a brand new house but it has been updated to be more modern while keeping its slightly older charms. My friends and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great communication from the host as well.
