We were in the Pass for golf and had a wonderful time . The home was clean and in a great location. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling through the area!
3.5
This property has alot of issues. They start with the management company being difficult to contact and sending inaccurate automated messages.
The property itself is overpriced for what is provided. We noted the following:
- One outdoor Adirondack chair and a broken bench were the only outdoor seating
- blinds are in poor repair and kitchen blinds were spattered with food
- the king bed is worn out such that you will roll to the middle
- the yard needed to be weeded and mowed
After all that, the management company had the audacity to tell me I needed to strip the bedding prior to checkout. Additionally, we were promised a late checkout and then received a message the night before checkout indicating we needed to checkout by 11. Overall a very frustrating experience.
