Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Woodburner
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher
Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: French Bed Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: (2 Steps), Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Central heating and logs for wood burner (£25 per week October-April), electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Small enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden. . Warm and welcoming this old traditional Pembrokeshire farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and restored and now provides a comfortable stylishly furnished and very well-equipped home from home. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortably furnished and the horseshoe shaped luxury kitchen has a stunning red granite worktop and views across the fields towards the horizon. An original turning staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, one with a French antique double bed. The entrance driveway leads past ancient farm buildings, no longer in use, into a gated courtyard, there is ample parking and an enclosed garden with a small front lawn, side and rear lawn with views towards the coast.
Sitting almost in the middle of St Brides Bay and the world famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, this delightful sheltered sandy beach at Nolton Haven Cove is separated by cliffs on one side from the long stretch of Newgale Sands and on the other from the secluded sheltered sandy beach of Druidston. A small stream flows into the sea here and there is a slipway too, all overlooked by the local inn.
South Nolton Farmhouse can be booked together with Eira’s Cottage (QC1223) and Meadowside (QC1224) to accomoodate up to 20 guests.
