Boa estadia para uma noite!

Excelentes condições dos quartos. Hotel ainda em construção.

Nette Anlage mit kleinen Kindern

Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Föhn, Duschgel, Lotion war alles vorhanden. Handtücher wurden auf Wunsch alle 2 Tage gewechselt, auch der Müll wurde geleert.

Es war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass wir keine Terrasse hatten. Mit 5 Personen war das etwas eng. Grundsätzlich war die Ausstattung für 5 Personen vorhanden. Der Pool und das Areal drumherum ist etwas eng und klein. Zum Toben im Wasser ist der Pool geeignet, mit einer Tiefe von 1,14 m zum Schwimmen viel zu flach. Aufgrund der Neubauten nebenan war es ab 8 Uhr etwas lauter.

La limpieza y acondicionamiento interior de la habitación. Amabilidad y cortesía.

La distancia a la playa. Habitación pequeña y recinto de la piscina también pequeño, para tanta gente Pedimos que nos miraran la vitrocerámica, porque no funcionaba, pero no fue nadie.

Bellissima struttura, curata, pulita e elegante.

La struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti davvero molto belli e curati.

Consiglierei una maggiore sorveglianza in piscina più che altro per garantire il rispetto delle regole educative di base. Bambini lasciati soli possono diventare “molesti” per chi desidera un po’ di pace.

Un lugar muy agradable para ir en familia

Los apartamentos son muy cómodos, tienen todo lo que se necesita

El área de la piscina está muy bien, y bonita, pero tiene muchas restricciones, no sé puede colocar música, ni tener comida, entre otras cosas, que entendemos que es para el cuidado del área pero que a la vez no te deja disfrutar mas alegremente

El personal muy educado y atento. El apartamento completo con absolutamente de todo.

La ubicación porque estaba alejado de todo y cerca no había sitios para ir a comer algo.

Buenos apartamentos.

Muy completo para ser tan pequeño

La suciedad de las sabanas. Estaban limpias pero tenían manchas. Y tener que pagar 10€ por noche me parece un pasote para dejar el coche. Tuve que aparcar fuera😡

Nette Unterkunft, Personal freundlich Ausstattung Betten große Räumlichkeiten hat alles gepasst.

Unterkunft ist außerhalb der Saison sehr leer und günstig ist auch eher eine Strandregion bzw. eher eine eigene Strand Stadt.

Im Dezember Supermarkte Restaurants kaum was geöffnet am Sonntag sowieso tote Hose, im Dezember kein Badewetter also auch nicht los für durchreise war es optimal und günstig um diese Jahreszeit kaum was belegt die Strandstadt eher leer gefegt, kein Badewetter 2023 war es sogar leider ungewöhnlich kühl für diese Region.

Más RUINES y peor servicio no pueden dar, PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA! BORRAN COMENTARIOS NEGATIVOS!

Nada, el peor sitio en el que he estado. Publicidad engañosa, seguridad pésima, piscina enana. Hemos probado a contactar por todos los medios y no dan respuesta alguna, hemos escrito una queja formal en consumo.

Cobrar 15€/día para poder dejar el coche dentro, me parece una estafa y más cuando es temporada baja, el tren pasa cada hora y había sitio más que de sobra dentro para estacionar el coche, ya que estábamos muy pocas personas hospedadas. NO ES UN RESORT. No se nos avisó en ningún momento que nuestra habitación daría a la calle y que tendrían una obra emitiendo ruido las 24/7, no pudimos descansar ni un solo día, ni con la ventana cerrada. Las sábanas tardaron mucho en cambiarlas, cuando lo hicieron supuestamente, nos dejaron las mismas, pues tenían manchas marrones, que desconocemos su procedencia y cuando nos las cambiaron, nos dejaron las mismas. Las cambiaron cuando ya con descaro nosotros las dejamos tiradas en el suelo. A causa de dormir con las sábanas sucias, no lográbamos dormir porque nos picaba todo el cuerpo y extrañamente, nos levantábamos cada día con 4 o 5 picaduras de insectos que intuyo que eran de arañas y de mosquitos. Vi varias arañas dentro del apartamento y de distintos tamaños. El patio, si se puede considerar patio, estaba sucísimo, lleno de arañas, corcho, telas de arañas, no se podía estar cómodamente ahí. La televisión con el ruido de la obra y del generador, tenía un sonido malísimo y no se podía escuchar bien. El apartamento no tenía nada para dejar escurriendo los cubiertos y la vajilla, nos tocó gastar rollos de papel de cocina para no meter las cosas mojadas en los cajones. Las mesas de la terraza y la tumbona sucísimas, y acabaron más sucias debido al polvo de la obra. Nuestra ropa cada vez que la tendíamos fuera, cogía todo el polvo de la obra. El apartamento muy lejos de la zona de playa, no disponer del tren cada media hora, hacía que se perdiese mucho tiempo hasta que partía del resort o de la playa. Nos quitaron servicios por la cara sin avisar. La alarma de incendios nos sobresaltó cortando nuestros sueño y haciendo que nos despertásemos de la peor forma posible 2 veces.

Una buena escapada

Sitio muy tranquilo, con buena insonorización. Decoración muy bonita y moderna. Espacio confortable.

Había muchos bichos dentro del apartamento, y he echado en falta más utensilios en la cocina. En las fotos parecía más grande.

If you look a little deeper, it's a property that we can classify as "Lipstick on a Dirty Pig"...

Staff was pleasant and helpful, within their power.

Conditions, in general, and management of locating guests! Everyone on top of each other, poor construction and noise between apartments. In general, very poor. Not very clean. But mostly noisy, and smelling of sewage. At a distance, and based on the ads, looked like a decent resort. In reality, not a resort, and with plenty of space for improvement. Likely, the type of tourism they receive is quite happy with it! Personally, I expected a lot more. We call that "lipstick on a pig". The staff representing the company were very pleasant and polite, and did everything within their power and ability to fix our problems and complaints, but a pig is still a pig, and nothing but a pig! You can't fix broken, right?

Very pleasent time in family

It's an aparthotel design for families with children in a good and calm location The pool is design for and very safe for all age children. The train that you can use to acess the beach

The cleaning and change of towels and linen was suposed to be performed every two days. And garbage removal everyday. This didn't worked out very well, and we needed to ask for this to be done. The hotel needs to improve the management and control of this issue.
