Bed was comfy.

No tv in room Guests in other 2 rooms where very load i struggled to sleep Decor could do with updating in the rooms

From the photos look good of one night but but when getting there. The bed wasn't changed from the last person as there hair in the bed &, pubic hairs the room wasn't clear at all the wall paper was coming off the walls the bathroom we to be honest I wouldn't wash my dog off in it. The carpet was worm and threadbare & dirty. Please see photos attached are from bedroom & bathroom as we can't fit them all on here. So you can make your own review on this place. Not sure if anyone one inspect the properties before listing on this site.

Called 999 and asked for the police no joke please read

Single lone women please DO NOT book rooms in this house it is not safe. Serious incident here when I called the police late at night, I was absolutely petrified and wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Fran should be ashamed for allowing this to happen, would rate zero stars on here if I could.

Sadly I’ve had no response whatsoever from Fran regarding this issue with the Lancashire police call out. It’s very misleading what this place is and how it operates. I repeat again single women please avoid this place like the plague IT IS NOT SAFE!

Confortable stay for good money

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The house was very clean and inviting. There was also the option of the bathtub. Fran was very nice in communication, and was also flexible with the check-in when I asked. The check-in itself is done with a key safe, which is great for odd times and you don't have to bother anyone. If you need to be close to the university it's a great area, though the city centre isn't too far from the accommodation either. Overall good stay for the money. Would recommend.

Broken light pull in bathroom Two coat hangers but clothes rail in bedroom not there.

Just perfect before a wedding day!

Super comfy and quiet street with free parking outside. You can get a bus next to the place, just a 30 s walk or we went by foot as there was some road works, it took us under 30 min walking and it was quite pleasent. There is a corner shop nearby.

Never again. Disgusting

Not a clean place to eat in. It says free parking, but there was no parking at all. Bathroom was disgusting. Drunk people in and out all night.

Leaving room was ok

Salt in the sugar pot, ( nasty surprise), dirt everywhere, lots of spiders, no lights on the stairs.

Avoid this property

Noting, we had to leave because it was literally, no way to stay three, it is was no safe.

this location is horrendous, no dog can stay there. everything is dirty, it smells of urine in the bathroom and toilets, cockroaches, spiders, drunk and drugged people in the property. I ask for a refund but booking .com is ignore me same with the owner of the property. We will be going to the newspapers soon if you do not give us the money back for the extra accommodation that we paid for.

Shared bathroom! Host is very nice.

Fran was very good at communicating and gave us a late checkout at no charge. Kitchen was very clean and looked nice although we didn't use it.

There was a shared bathroom that was not indicated in the booking. We would have chosen a different accommodation if we had known.

the bedroom was clean and tidy however we did have to share a communal bathroom and toilet

it was in a good location

the carpets are in need of changing in both the bathroom and toilet as a terrible odour was coming from them

shame , nice place ruined by bad service

has potential, could have been comfortable

NO HAND SOAP OR SHOWER GEL, APATHETIC RESPONSE FROM OWNER BLAMING THE CLEANERS AND JUST BASICALLY SAYING “DEAL WITH IT” . SO I HAD TO RUSH TO SAINSBURY’S MINUTES BEFORE 11pm CLOSING TO BUY SOAP FOR MYSELF AND ANOTHER GUEST, WHO WAS EQUALLY FLABBERGASTED!
