We suggest that you keep your vehicle locked ALWAYS so that bears cannot intrude, as they commonly look for food.

If it is found that any material has been improperly flushed which results in the clogging of the septic system, you may be charged for damages.

- This is a smoke free chalet. Smoking is NOT allowed, and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

Booked for the week when my fiancé and I eloped. Location was great! Everyone had their own room, and the movie room was a fantastic addition. We ran into a couple issues when we got there but Esther was amazing with getting the issues fixed and responding promptly. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location to Gatlinburg but not too far out. Really enjoyed the quietness and saw a bear from the front porch

My family and I (five of us) stayed at this property for nine nights. Overall, it was a very comfortable, clean home with an excellent location to Great Smoky National Park and Gatlinburg (approximately two miles). Dollywood and Pigeon Forge were only 15-30 minutes away. We really enjoyed our time at this national park and the children liked walking around Gatlinburg and everything it offered. We saw bears every day we were there, and we saw elk and wild turkeys in the southern part (North Carolina side) of the park. We had a great stay and would be happy to return again!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay at this Chalet. We learned quick to leave the car doors locked and no food inside! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The scenery was beautiful and it was a nice secluded property to come home to after a day of great hiking. Highly recommend.

We (6 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay here! This place has everything you need for a stay in the Smokey Mountains! It's a very short drive to park entrance, a hot tub after those long hikes, and a media room for those rainy days!
Most importantly, Esther (host) was a great communicator! She answered ALL my questions and concerns.
Great place for a great vacation! Roads and drive are steep so a 4wheel drive is highly recommended.

We (my husband and daughter) Decided to do a quick getaway for spring break with my best friend and her two kids. This was a great place to stay as the chalet was very clean, comfortable and close to downtown.
It was a very steep and intimidating driveway but once you get up there it is worth it. You need to have confidence with your driving to be able to drive up the side of the mountain as well the driveway. They were correct to arrive during day light as it will help.

Property is very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. If you don’t like steps, you’ll enjoy the main level. Parking is right there and you can do all you need to do on that floor.
Hot tub seemed much cleaner than most other places we’ve stayed. The property overall was clean and well-‘maintained. The owners were very responsive to messages before and after - we had no issues during our stay.
If you want somewhere your family can stay that is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet very close to all the downtown activities, it’s a great spot. Tough turn into the driveway but everything was great other than that.

The property was in very clean new condition. Close proximity to all of the things you’d want to do. Has a door at the top of the stairs and a baby gate available for the bottom. Had high chair and some kids toys. The beds and linens and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable! Kids loved the theatre room and lots of tvs to keep everyone in the family happy. Would stay again.

We loved our house. Close to town, but still far enough out for that mountain feel. We will be back!

Had a great time with my family with plenty of room and loved the hot tub

My beautiful wife and I met my military brothers that served in combat 32 years ago. What a beautiful place to meet. The cabin was perfect. Clean and cozy with options. The morning we were packing to leave a momma bear with 3 cubs paid us a visit. That was the icing on the cake. The host was a true blessing. Responding with any questions. The only issue i had was operating the tv. But that was my unknowledge of internet tv. Highly recommended the winter wonderland cabin. This has truly been a great vacation.

Two (2) great master suites with en suite bathrooms. Additional bathrooms on both floors. Lots of privacy between upstairs and downstairs.

We went on a family vacation and had our grandson plus a teenager and a 22 year old and this house was perfect for all of us. We used the pool which was not far at all, went into town several times and also spent a day in Dollywood, also went on a hike up to Gatto falls. We never had to travel far. We also got to see quite a few bears. Esther was always great at getting back to us fast if we had questions. Driveway is steep but my daughters little VW Jetta made it up just fine. My husband has 4W drive which was good for this trip. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home that is still close to everything. Sitting on the deck and listening to the light rain was very relaxing. Enjoyed every second and highly recommend this beautiful home.

This is a beautiful property. The home was exactly has described. We were about 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, so we were able to go see the sites and then head back to the property for a home cooked meal. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans necessary to cook. Hot tub was wonderful and very much enjoyed by my teens. Can you say TV’s. This property has so many TV’s there was never any arguing about what to watch. The media room was great. We had an issue with the dryer and contacted the home owner and got a very quick response. My only recommendation would be to make sure you are driving the right vehicle as the driveway is steep. We had an AWD SUV and struggled the first time up the drive. My favorite part was the wrap around porch, morning coffee and listening to the wildlife before anyone else got up. We would definitely stay at this property again

The location is right by the national park and Gatlinburg. My friends and i enjoyed the theater room and the hot tub. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to rent this place again

Esther is great to work with!!We had a funny encounter with a bear and she was gracious enough to pull the ring footage for us! The house is gorgeous - very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was a fan fave.
Esther isn’t kidding when she says AWD or 4WD is recommended for their road/driveway. I have a larger suv and had zero issues; a friend drove a smaller suv and spun out coming up the driveway. It is very steep and windy.
An awesome experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Esther for everything- you were a pleasure to rent from!!!

We just had the best family vacation. Everything was perfect. Even better than we expected from the listing. The property was very clean and well equipped with what we needed for our family. The host was responsive and extremely helpful with questions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a day instead of going elsewhere. We recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area! We have 3 young kids and there was something for everyone. The laundry and full kitchen were so helpful! Comfortable beds and extra linens. You won’t regret booking!

We had a nice stay in this cabin. The house was very clean and the inside was reflective of what was shown online. The owner reached out to check in and was responsive to emails. The house is in a neighborhood with a lot of other houses. The house is within a few minutes of downtown Gatlinburg. The ride up to the house is very curvy (which we knew ahead of time) but definitely agree with the owner about checking in before it’s dark! The stag met our needs and it was helpful to have some of the restaurant recommendations that the owner provided.

We had two couples and it was a wonderful stay. Sweet hot tub and exactly as described. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and we highly benz taxi service.

The cabin is very nice and spacious and very clean. The only problem was that the micro way tripped, but Ester gave me a partial return. My family and I loved the movies, the fireplaces, and the children's games.

The place was beautiful. The driveway is a little tricky if you are not use to driving in the mountains but Tyler was amazing. He gave me a couple of pointers and after that i had no issues. A must stay.

It was absolutely perfect! It was more than I imagined it to be. Stayed a few days for a Valentine’s getaway and I didn’t realize it was that high up in the mountains when I booked it but that made it even better. Great for a group trip but it was perfect for the two of us as well.

Everything was flawless! The house was just as listed, everything was clean and well stocked. Esther communicated with us so clearly and timely. The location was phenomenal with a beautiful view of the mountains. 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Incredible!!

This was everything we had imagined and then some. We highly recommend this property and plan to return

Can’t say enough good things about ester! The place was beautiful and SO clean. A couple hiccups with the arcade machine and the hottub but she let me know as soon as she knew, and got them fixed extremely quick. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the one! Felt like home away from home.

Amazing views, beautiful cabin. Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible time here & would definitely stay again. Everyone had space, there was plenty of bathroom space, kids & adults loved the theatre room, hot tub & arcade. We did try to cook a few meals here & ran into challenges with not having enough kitchen items. We had to wash towels everyday because there was exactly 6 for guests. These few minor things are not enough to keep us from recommending this place highly or being a returning guest. It was in a great location & the communication with Esther was fantastic.

First, I have stayed in several vrbo properties, the hosts have always been top notch. However, and i mean this, Esther is the reason i wish there was six stars in the rating option. You won't find anyone better.
This was a Thursday - Monday annual girlfriends trip. We are all in our 50's just to give you the idea. After a long drive we settled in and decided to order pizza delivery. Best decision ever. All the reviews were correct, Ski Mountain Pizza was very good!!

We enjoyed our time here. Hot tub and fireplace were key as it got very chilly. The driveway is steep, but we had plenty of heads up. Just just a low gear and try to hit with some speed. :) the hot tub is not huge, but did what was needed to warm us up! So nice to have towels provided. We found most of what was needed to cook. Host did let’s us know to bring spices needed and soap and such. Plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags were provided though, so no need to pack extra on those! Easy to get in touch with the host if questions arose. There was no door on the twin bed room which I did not pick up on (could be I missed it) but I have one kid who likes a closed door so that changed things up a little from my sleeping plans. Internet service and Rokus worked without issue. Super easy to get into the park and into downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the location!
