I dont like nothing the worst hotel ever in my life

I make reservation when i go it was closed i cant take the key so i sleep in my car all night and hotel dosent give my money back

it was nice that it was cheap

the hotel smelled like cigarettes, we were next to a couple who was living there so it was very inconvenient and im sure that there were other rooms available. the whole place was old and dirty, we needed to wait 30 minutes for the doorman to arrive

So we came 30 minutes before check in closing, nobody was at reception, we tried to call, nobody answering. Nice man in an Asian restaurant in the hotel tried calling them couple times, nobody answered, nobody came. Waiting 15 minutes, we left to book another hotel. The little we saw from the hotel, it is in a dodgy location, lots of dodgy people around, it looked dirty, old and we were happy to leave.

Disgusting, do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost

Nothing, absolute disgrace, horrible service, disgusting dirty bathroom, card stopped working and had no way to get out

Bathroom was dirty, reception wasnt open when we had agreed check in time, card to open the door stopped working so it left us hanging inside and outside. Other people had the same issue.

Terrible place to stay

Only location was +/- ok

For check in I would give -1, code I got through booking.com didn't work, so I couldn't get key, non in reception, phone nr on the door for reception didn't answer, smell in hotel was terrible. Room I choose was with a double bed, but instead I had two single bed. No either hand soap in the toilet to wash hands.

Terible experiance hotel is a disaster

Only the location is 4 km from center but you need 20e to get there

The hotel is in terible condition,there was no towels ,door handlees,no pilovs and clean sheet ,no stuff only one worker on recepcion but he is always somwhere else not on his place.Roms are very dirty,no hot water in night.Pay litle more in the centar and stay like gentlmane no in this hotel.

Staff Promptness has to be upgraded, otherwise all was good

We had to wait for over 20 mins for check in We had to pay deposit for key Staff was not knowing English The room what I was allotted 1st was not clean, the lady went down got again key for other room

Overall it was fine for the price. It was pretty cheap and the room was alright, so if you don't have high expectations, it's quite fine.

The hotel was in the outskirts of the city, right next to the highway. But there's a bus going to the city every 15 minutes or so. We could only pay cash in the humble reception and had to work back a kilometer to an ATM The bathroom hadn't been cleaned from the visitor before.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So awful, dirty and dodgy.

Absolutely nothing, it was awful.

This was probably the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Blood stained sheets and light switch. Box tv with a phone that wasn’t even plugged in to anything. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was cameras watching you in your room. We arrived at night and the doors were locked. There was people singing karaoke very loud in the bar. The guy that got us at reception was definitely either drunk or on something. Our room was at the front of the hotel and it felt like we were on the motorway it was so loud. We had to close the window it was so bad and you could hear the trains. We literally stayed about 5 hours and got out as quick as we could the next morning. Dodgiest hotel ever, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

This is not about the staff, it’s about the facilities provided.

Staff at the reception was extremely friendly and super-helpful even though there was very little for him to satisfy the requirements.

-Location (no restaurants nearby, hotel closes at 7.00 PM) -Bathroom -No cards accepted (have to take money)

The location - I woke up 3 times at night because of trains passing by (very loud). Not much to say, was kind of comfortable. Not great not bad.
