Welcome to Blue Breeze, your brand new beach front home!

Just a few steps from the beach, your family will enjoy this open floor plan, brand new home with modern decorations. Entering the main level, you will find a large covered deck with a twin size daybed and comfortable seats with completely unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open, bright and airy kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and two sets of cookware. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family to enjoy the 65" Samsung Smart TV. Just off the living room is the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer, and also the full bathroom with double sinks and a large shower.

For your dining option, the house offers 8 seats at the table and 4 seats at the bar and another 4 seats at the kitchen island. As you pass the laundry room, you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Heading upstairs, the first thing you see will be the gaming area, with a 55" TV, a study/computer nook, and a foosball table for all the enjoy. Adjacent to it is the bonus room with two queen beds. There is a another full bathroom with a large shower next to the gaming area. As you make your way toward the front deck, you will find the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and also the private bathroom with tub and shower combo. The bunk bedroom offers two twin over full bunk beds and one twin trundle, also with the view of the Gulf. There is more seating for your leisure on the second deck! Last but not least, don't forget about the downstairs area underneath the house. We have a charcoal BBQ grill, a picnic table and also a private but open air outdoor shower with both hot/cold water.

Note: There is no direct walkway to the beach from the house. Beach entrance is 50 yards from the house. You can walk or drive onto the beach from the entrance!

The property was very nice. My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The host checked on us but didn’t make a nuisance of himself like other host I’ve had to deal with. That made the trip more enjoyable not having to be tied to the phone thinking the host is trying to contact you. We had a great time! Overall I’d like to stay again!

This host works hard to maintain their five star rating. And it is well-deserved. The house is so beautiful, great layout and is very well kept, clean has all the amenities you would want. We had a minor issue and the owner was extremely responsive and took care of it immediately. We had a fantastic stay. I would easily stay here again 100% and highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing beach stay.

The house is very modern with recent updates, very clean, and a great water system. Everything worked as described and the views were great. We did not have any neighbors and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! We would rent again!

We all enjoyed this wonderful house with amazing beach views and plenty for everyone. The upstairs game area and kitchen were well used, as well as the two ocean-view decks and spacious kitchen/living area. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to have privacy and togetherness while spending our holiday week. We made meals for 14 people and took many walks on the beach. Would definitely visit here again!

I brought my entire immediate family with us to this location. First impression was the house is amazing, the location is right on the beach and the ocean breeze was no stop. We had 8 people and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the foosball table. This is an awesome property for people who want to be right on the beach!! The owner was also very responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

This was the perfect place for our family to continue a long running tradition staying in Surfside on the beach! We enjoyed being on the beach and watching the waves from the balcony. We enjoyed the spacious living area to play games, visit, and watch the traditional Jaws movie. Each family enjoyed the privacy of their own room which is a plus, We were close to the Red Snapper and not too far to enjoy our usual visit to the Strand! We made more memories!

We had such a great time at Nick’s property. I especially loved the bunk bed room where all the kids could play and sleep comfortably. The house was perfect for what we needed and a very close walk to the beach! The house was super clean and the bed we had upstairs was super comfy! We already want to book for next year!

Rented out this place for a family summer vacation. The house was tall and has two patios facing towards the beach and enough parking space. It’s family friendly and we knew that there aren’t a lot of places nearby to grab a bite to eat, so we took our own food. We loved our stay!

For starters, the host was impressive! He was very responsive! We had one small issue when we arrived, and Nick had someone out to fix it in less than 30 min. There was no interruption to our vacation. The property is amazing! Everything is new and very modernized. The beach is a very short walk from the beach house. The house is fully furnished and was well cleaned. It was a great location for a family vacation! We will certainly stay here again.
