This is the 4th floor suite at The Maddox, a historic Boutique Hotel.. This unit has a modern feel and is beautifully appointed. 3,200 sq feet, 4 bedrooms + 3 full baths. All the comforts of home but way more fun! The large TV in the common area is equipped with a FULL Comcast package. Smart TV's in each bedroom, you can watch your Netflix, Hulu and YouTube TV on them.
The Space:
We have board games and air hockey to keep the party going. On the street level of our building is the The Library Liquor store, all guests will receive a 10% discount. All beds are king or queen size. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, griddle, air fryer, portable induction burner, crock pot and a waffle iron! Need a quick snack? Taste of NY Pizza is located on the 1st floor of our building and D'Andrews coffee and bakery is directly across the street. Walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and Titans stadium.
Guest Access:
PARKING: The most affordable parking lot is located at the Nashville Public Library less than 1 block away on 6th Ave N. $20 per day. That being said, there is a parking lot located right next to the building but is more expensive.
The Neighborhood:
Walk to The Gulch, 2nd and Broadway, Titans Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and the Capitol Bldg. Convenient to Vanderbilt University.
Other Things to Note:
One of a kind murals in each of our units and on the outside of our building, 100% photo worthy! No need for a stove/oven with all the great restaurants around us. 2 locally owned coffee shops across the street. Enjoy walking tours, Mural tours and Beer crawls.
