Discover the charm of this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home nestled in the quaint town of Inverness, FL! Located in the heart of central Florida, we are only a short drive from many entertainment options for all ages. This home makes for the perfect vacation home for wanting to be on the go, or taking the time to relax poolside and enjoy the Florida weather!

The home features 2 queen size beds in the master suite, with an attached bathroom, that has separate shower and bath options, plus a large TV. Two additional bedrooms that each have 2 twin beds in them share a hall bathroom that features a stand up shower. The fourth bedroom feature a queen size round bed, that has a bathroom that leads out to the lanai and pool area (shower and bath are featured in this bathroom).

Our two living room areas each feature televisions (also in the master bedroom) that you can attach your Roku or use the one in the main living room. (cable is not included in the home, just free Wi-Fi). We also feature a large dining room, and bar area great for dinners with family & friends. The villa has a small office area with a desk and a printer for your convenience.

Our lanai area is large and has a nice view of nature to the backside, with seating for 8 along with 2 lounge chairs as well and pool side sitting chairs! Surrounded with shrubbery and a nice screened area for your privacy while enjoying the pool and spa. A grill can be available upon request, but the guest is responsible for the propane. Pool heating is available at $25.00 per day, and must be conveyed to the host 24 hours in advance of arrival (so we have the ability to bring it to the desired temperature, especially in cooler months). The spa is not a jetted hot tub, it is more for relaxation and soaking. Its a great place for some rest and relaxation.

Local arts and entertainment is happening almost nightly in the downtown area, there is the bike/hiking trail as well located within walking/ riding distance of the home. Grocery stores, and local markets are close as well. The natural springs, Rainbow River, and also the Gulf of Mexico are all within 25 miles of the home and easy to commute to. Check your welcome book in the kitchen for a great guide for things to do and all house rules. Your hosts are available practically 24 hours a day so if you need anything please feel free to reach out.

Big house with lots of room. Perfect location for visiting family in Inverness. Don’t miss the Hernando Fresh market for produce and meats before you go to Publix for other essentials.

The place was a mess!! Cigarette butts on the pool deck, pee on the toilet seat dirty sheets on the beds and no smart tv in common area. Will never stay at that house again… not worth the money!!! Very run down and dirty… don’t waste your time and money!!!

Let me start by saying we had a wonderful family vacation. The trip started with great communication between the property owner/representative (Rachel). She was clear on what was needed and what should be expected. Upon arrival the home matched the pictures on the website perfectly. No bait and switch here. There was a couple of small things that popped up during the visit but they were addressed quickly and with perfect professionalism that our trip never missed a beat. We used the house as a jumping off point for multiple family day trips from the Kennedy Space center, to swimming with Manatees and searching for mermaids. Great relatively local places to eat such as Sabrina’s diner, Stumpknocker’s and Crumps landing. All highly recommended from me and my family. Lastly after all the meals and family day trips it turns out some of our favorite times was laying around the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this home and would be my first choice if staying in the area.

Thank you for hosting. The house was great, sorry we did not know the hot tub needed too be turned on. We spent hours cleaning up hope it was perfect. We would have done the sheets if requested. Wanted more scallops of course your recommendation for Rainbow Springs was perfect.

layout was great, plenty of room for everyone. really enjoyed the pool. it I could suggest anything. ceiling fans in the rooms or portable fans would be great! some people have to have it cooler than 70 degrees. We bought some portable fans which helped out tremendously..

We stayed for several days and had a wonderful time. Every question we had was answered/addressed very quickly. The pool/spa combo was amazing. The nice warm pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The house was very well stocked with towels and linens. Lots of TVs and areas where people could watch different shows. Kitchen was well supplied with the basics to cook or bake. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect. It was just like the pictures. It was a great location that was close to everything that we needed and lots to do all around. Check in process was super easy and communication with Myriam was great! It was stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. Just wished we could have stayed longer but maybe next time! This is a beautiful property positioned near many fun activities such as Rainbow Springs, Hunter Springs State Park and Kings Bay State Park. I highly recommend KP Hole tubing and Hunter Springs Kayak for rental kayaks and SUP's. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

First off, when arriving the disposal did not work, the bed in one of the rooms was broken and there was pizza boxes left outside from the previous guest (I assume). We tried to fix the disposal but wasn’t able too. Also, there was no mop in the house. Had to use books to hold the bed up. After departure, I was charged an addition 175.00 on my card for fees of the bed being broken and the disposal not working and “excess cleaning” we cleaned EVERYTHING prior to departure including sweeping. However we were unable to mop due to not having one in the home! I spoke with the manager of the house about the extra fee and she blamed it on VRBO but was rude! Me and my family have vacationed together for 8+ years with NO complaints and even gotten our deposit back every year! I feel this was a scam to get extra money!! Make sure to be careful, take pics, document everything and make sure to let them know EVERYTHING that is wrong when you get there

Upon arrival, the property manager pulled into the driveway right behind us and told us she thought our arrival wasn't until the next day. House was hot, AC was not turned on and it took a while for the house to cool down. House pretty much looked like pictures on the VRBO site however, the driveway was shorter and the house closer to the road than then the picture showed. The outside grill was not what we expected. It was much smaller and different than shown in the picture on VRBO. This was the main reason we chose this house. TV in the main living room should be on the wall so easier to view.TV in the master bedroom was tiny and very hard to read the guide from the bed. The beds in the master bedroom seemed smaller than queen size and the mattress not very comfortable. The other room with round queen-sized bed much smaller than thought. The pool and outside hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Couches in LR were comfortable. Overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This home is exactly what you see in the photos. Nothing short of amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool and hot tub had to be the best feature in the home. The neighborhood is beautiful and made for a nice walk with our furbaby definitely felt safe there. The house sits on the outskirts of town, but is literally 20 minutes 30 max to everything we wanted or needed.I cant wait for our next trip. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!!

The home is very nice but needs a complete remodel inside and outside in order to accommodate 60 and older people. There was not a comfortable place to sit inside or outside. The furniture with cushions is all broken down, therefore not comfortable to sit on. Pool was very nice, but hot tub needs railings in order in get in and out of because the first step is a very deep. Lanai needs deep cleaning. Toilets need replacing and one sink was cracked. We will not be renting with VRBO again. The company needs to make sure the homes are exactly what they advertise.

We come up to this area frequently and love the springs. This area can be hit or miss but this place was perfect. Pool was great after a long day kayaking on the springs to come home and unwind. The house was very clean as well. We have stayed in a number of locations but this has been by far the best. Have recommended to our friends and will definitely look to rent here again
