The location in Idaho Falls was fine and the neighborhood was quiet.

This property has numerous issues: This property DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING although it says it does! We stayed here from 6/27/22 to 7/1/22. We spent most of our time in the basement as the upstairs was too hot, reaching 80 degrees in the early afternoon. Opening windows didn't help as it was 90 degrees out. We were offered a move to Rexburg, 30 min. away, which did not at all work with our tight schedule. No other solution was offered. There is no private on-site parking. You are told to park next door in the driveway of a machine shop, but only after the workers have left. And there was no way to know when they might return in the morning. Sorry, that's not private and its next door, not on-site. Professionally decorated? There are cheap frames on the walls with no photos in them. The description says it has a fully equipped kitchen. This place had the cheapest collection of Dollar Tree pots and pans I have ever seen. We found it extremely difficult to cook in this kitchen. Under the stairs in the basement, there is an open space with a very large nail sticking out about 3 feet off the ground, an extremely dangerous hazard, especially for children. In the master bedroom, a very large glass mirror is just leaned up against a wall, not being secured in any way. In a downstairs bedroom, there was a lamp on a nightstand that didn't work, but only because there was no outlet. Why put it there if you can't plug it in and use it? There was a gaping hole in the wall in the downstairs bathroom. The handrail at the top of the stairs has a loose screw, making it wobble when you grab it. The laundry room had a pipe in the middle of the floor, a major tripping hazard. It also spewed out soapy suds from time to time, creating an even more dangerous slipping hazard. Only stay here if it's not in the Summer or you will be uncomfortable. And check the house for hazards when you first arrive, as we found many.
