This 2BR/2BA BEACHFRONT condo is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and nearby Lighthouse Park.

The living area is soft blue with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A Queen sleeper sofa accommodates an additional 2 guests. The dining table seats up to 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a shaded balcony looking toward the community swimming pool. The coffee maker is a 12 cup drip with a single cup drip option.

Upstairs is a calmly hued beachfront master bedroom with Queen bed and beach views with private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.

Across the hall, a second bedroom in teal offers 2 Full/Double beds to sleep a total of 4 guests The second bathroom with shower and laundry center is located between these two bedrooms.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with brand-new carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located!

Parking is available for vehicle parking only; boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned but parking passes are required (provided by management).

We were notified we could check in early via text. This was definitely a plus. A bag of ice was waiting for us at our door. This was a great perk. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean and beautifully renovated. The beds were comfortable. Linens were very nice. Kitchen had all the basics for our cooking needs. We had the best beach views. The dolphins sitings were plentiful this trip. The very short walk to the beach was ideal. The pool was also great. We beach and pier fished through out our trip. We did lose one day of our rental due to hurricane Debby but we’re able to check right back in the next day. We would definitely stay again. The unit was in a great location. We also meet a lot of extremely nice visitors at the pool and on the beach. The only negative thing for us was the stairs. 12 to the main floor and 12 to the bedroom and most importantly the bathrooms. It is listed on the property description so we did know beforehand. Just didn’t realize how many times a day you need the bathroom. I would recommend people that struggle with stairs get a bottom unit. We wanted the view so we dealt with the stairs. Like I said earlier the view was worth it. We also loved the balconies on both floors. They could use some more comfortable chairs but we loved them none the less. The 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa is great for larger parties.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated, and right on the beach! Probably the closest we’ve ever been to the water! The proximity to great shops and restaurants makes it even better! The view from both balconies is amazing and the easy access to the ocean, pool and shops/food make this the ideal vacation spot!! My teenage boys asked if we could come back here next year, so if they approve, it’s definitely a win in my book!!

This unit, and St. George Island, are a great place to visit of you want to getaway from crowds and sit on the beach! It is centrally located on the island, great for exploring. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and clean. The only downside is the two flights of stairs to get to your luggage up to the bedrooms.

Shocked that the unit had so many narrow, steep steps. Very hard for the elderly.. Was not mentioned in listing. Primary bed not a king size and sheets were not deep pocket so popped off all night. View was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed. Great beach view. The stairs may be an issue for some people. As soon as you walk in the door, you have to go up a set of stairs. You also have to go up another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It wasn't an issue for us at all. Definitely would book again.

The only issues we had were #1 the oven thermostat wasn’t working. We alerted mgmt and I’m sure it has been fixed. We just didn’t want workmen in while we were there. #2. The cups were very porous and the dw didn’t get them clean. Had to use a scrubber to remove the stains. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was spotless, the view was outstanding, the bed slept great, and it was within walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. The communication was excellent with the rental office before and during our stay. We highly recommend! Our only suggestion would be to consider adding more lighting to the living area and second bedroom. We'll be back!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by postcard views that seemed to never end. The Island and all the areas nearby were your picturesque coastal, small country feel towns. The streets were lined with friendly faces, happy go lucky smiling fur babies because the communities encourage you to bring those four legged family members, and those who hold the beach dearest to their hearts. The condo does have two sets of steep stairs inside the home but a workout never can hurt anyone, right? However, I will say if traveling with a younger child, I recommend two baby gates be packed for each stairway opening to prevent any curious children. If you want to enjoy a tranquil, serene home with an unobstructed ocean view that can either accommodate your family or influence romance and reconnection with your partner, this is the place. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at Ocean Breeze. The furniture, including the master bed, is very comfortable, and the condo was clean. The decks are private and we didn't hear noise from the next door neighbors. It is located within walking distance to the restaurants and shops on SGI. The community pool looked clean and inviting, but it isn't heated. My only complaint was the lack of supplies in the house. I understand that they provide only a starter pack of hand soap or paper towels. But there was no laundry soap or even dishwasher soap in the condo. We ended up supplying the next guests with supplies we had to leave behind. Not a huge deal, but the other places we stayed in FL did a better job of providing the basic necessities.

Location was great. Condo was as described on listing. Our only complaint was shower was luke warm at best. Not sure what water heater temp is set on but needs to be adjusted. Kitchen sink water was warmer than shower. Other than that, stay was enjoyable!

This place is decorated so well and is so cute! Has all of the necessities for a week long stay. The property managers are quick to reply! It has a beautiful view! Please be advised that there are two quite steep sets of stairs you must get up to reach the bedrooms. I’m glad my mother was unable to join me during the stay, as this would have definitely been an issue. Other than that, my first stay back in St. George after 20 years was a blast! Please note: you must have an access code to gain entry to both the beach and pool. You will need to get that from the property manager. It changes monthly. A lot of us were locked out because of that. (This was quickly taken care of!)
