A splendid & roomy terrace extends seamlessly from the primary bedroom and living room, expanding fully with sliding doors for enchanting oceanfront dining and lounging experiences. The oversized double terrace is equipped with dining chairs, chaise lounges, and conversation chairs, providing a picturesque view of Simpson Bay Beach, the ocean, and the private complex swimming pool. Comes equipped with an electric George Foreman BBQ on the terrace for grilling without the mess.

Bedrooms:

Condo features 1 ocean-facing Primary King Bedroom, 1 bay-facing Queen bedroom with a Twin Sofa Sleeper, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So many sleeping arrangement options to accommodate different traveling groups. Accommodates 4 adults + 1 child (6+ years old for an additional $30 a night).

Private parking space adjacent to the building entry with security guard from 6 pm to 6 am.

Condo is located on the third floor with elevator or two short flights upstairs, where you'll enjoy an unobstructed view, delightful tropical breezes and complete privacy.

Separate modern quiet air-conditioning units with remotes in each room for individual temperature control.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, pots and pans, dinnerware, microwave, stove & oven range, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee and Keurig coffee makers, and basic cooking supplies.

Condo is equipped with beach and snorkeling gear (pool noodles, beach shade and chairs, beach bag)

Even though there is great nightlife on the strip, there is also a quieter side to Simpson Bay where one can relax. This condo is in a serene spot, in the middle of all the action.

Cleaning Service:

Maid service once per week is included in your reservation. We keep a 1-day gap between reservations for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
