Do not hesitate to book Etheres.

Fantastic location, beautiful views, quiet, lovely. Lavi and Malek were wonderful on-site hosts, very friendly and helpful. Pool and room were cleaned daily.

Stunning place to be. Breathless combination of location, architecture, design, feel and soul.

The location and the property itself are just stunning. Design, Architecture, view, the calm and feel are just perfect. The remote place above the village with it´s stunning view onto Mount Athos, the ocean and the Olive valleys. Bright and Sunny and Airy.

Exceptional

This was one of the best experience in Greece. I was there with my wife and 2 kids. We spent couple of days in Etheres and everything was amazing. Kids especially enjoyed during our stay. Villa is perfectly clean and everything on its place. You will find there everything you need for life. Pool is perfect and very clean. Location form my perspective is perfect. I like to be outside of the town. So you are on the top of the hill with amazing view, especially during sunsets.

Better than expected and very good value for money.

My stay at Etheres was amazing. 4 nights of total bliss. The thing I appreciated most is how clean the villas was and the premises ( pool, backyard, outside chairs and tables ). The view is absolutely terrific. You can see the whole city of Nikiti and the beautiful blue sea. AC was working great and it was placed in the living room so we could keep it on all night long without bothering any of the bedrooms. The shower gel and shampoo provided were plenty and very high quality also. The beach is only a 5-6 minutes drive. Most of the good taverns and bars are near the location, 3-4 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk. Also there is a delivery service that got us all the needed goodies, breakfast in the morning etc. The host provided us with a list of the best restaurants in the area, we visited 3 of them and they were very good indeed. Also there is gentleman that cleans the private pool 2 or 3 times per day, that kept my wife really happy. Upon leaving we asked for a late checkout and the host agreed at no extra cost! Very nice and friendly from their side ! I recommend this location 10/10, I want to return next year.

Best stay in Nikiti!!!

Everything was superb, nothing to complain about!

It wasn’t so big minus but if pool had been heated then it would have been a great bonus for everything else.

Stunning

Everything was amazing, from the views down to the hair conditioner. This is the perfect stay if you're looking for something away from the crowd, quiet, sunny and relaxing with your partner or with a group of friends. The sea view was so mesmorizing. But honestly you had views of the beautiful mountains as well. The staff were nice & friendly. One of them were kind enough to drive us to the supermarket. They arranged taxi services which made our arrival and departure go really smooth. My second favorite part aside from the scenery, is the house, the structure, and the aesthetic of the house makes you feel so at peace. The house has all the amenities you can think of, the cleanest beds, well equipped kitchen and it's a very spacious home. The pool is cleaned every morning too. I will most definitely be back.

beautiful location and lovely villa

very nice views to mountains and sea, sunset and sunrise guaranteed, road up the hill is absolutely no problem. the villa was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Isabella gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and nice beaches nearby. Pool was a bit cold in October though but still nice for quick dip in and swim. kitchen is fully equipped

-no dishwasher but the nice cleaners offered to clean the dishes every day - you do not really have privacy at the pool or in your garden. there is a path close by where guests and especially the cleaners walk by all the time.

Perfect getaway for the weekend.

The ambience is magnificent. The view from the villas is amazing. The bedrooms are perfect size. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the idea for the fans in the bedrooms. Very cool. There were many small details that make a difference to other hotels from the same category - starting with the shampoo and the coffee machine. Everything was well thought of.

The water in the swimming pool was ice cold. A little heating will be fantastic. Although it was 30 degrees in the daytime, the water was freezing cold. Looking at the investment in the property, I wonder how come the water is not heated. That would add value to the luxury experience

Between the sea and the sky

The position and architectural design of the houses. The tranquillity and the private pool.

Value for money is a bit of an issue when one considers the price point of other new and high end accommodations closer to the seaside. The panoramic position, nice house design and private pools only partly justify the price point. At this rate one would need all or some of the following: more privacy between the houses, a dedicated professional reception service/on-site personnel, some ideas for activities and/or discounts with local service providers, more space and/or a second bathroom for the first floor bedroom, breakfast and/or some other small complimentary food/beverage items. As things stand and considering one is in Halkidiki and not in some fancier locations, the price should possibly be a 25 to 30% lower.

Wonderful location created with love. Very silent and perfect to relax in the sun. The owner and staff are very kind. I highly recommend to visit this property.

When I arrived, I waited 2 hours for the host to answer the phone, to give me the details on how to get there. She told me that she doesn't answer the phone all the time. We traveled with two adults and a 6-year-old child. When I arrived at the location, he told me that I had to pay extra for the child. I showed them in the reservation on booking where it was written that the price for a child is included in the final price. He told me that they do not respect the booking.com policy and that they have their own policy. The access road to the location is terrible, as you can see in the attached pictures. The price is exorbitant for the conditions offered.

Great and refreshing stay at the Etheres.

great views in a villa with a fantastic layout. the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was also great and very clean. Location was very good in the Nikiti old village. The booking agent was very helpful and responsive and Isabella was great with checking us in and providing good information and guidance about the area. she was also very responsive with all our requests.

All was great. The only thing I can comment on was the “somewhat” lack of privacy as anyone could see over the pool and the outside dining area.

Exceptional

Excellent location, unique views and vistas, high-end building, landscape architecture and interior design, friendly and attentive customer service, great value for money. The property currently operates at a self catering basis and all villas have a fully equipped kitchen. TIP: ask staff for food delivery options from the near by village. Access to villas is far less difficult from any other uphill property and on the day of departure we notice some road improvement works in progress. All and all, it was an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back ASAP!

I’ve travelled a lot and I can say for sure that I had the two best nights of this summer just because of “Etheres” . Maliq and Lavdie, the couple who took care of the villas, made us feel immediately at home. Cecile provided a splendid service. All in all, this was an exquisite experience that I’m looking forward to repeating again <3

That's some great design, indeed all materials used are eco-friendly and you can tell how much work and care was put into it -good job you guys! The pool's size is ideal, you have an amazing view but may still enjoy privacy while seating in your terrace's chairs- we thank you for your hospital!!

Splendid view and relaxing atmosphere

We had such a nice break in Etheres. We arrived late but the hosts were very helpful to answer all of our questions. The hotel is new built with an environmentally friendly approach and the rooms were spacious with minimal design. Having a view over the mountains at the very morning was very relaxing, while the private swimming pool was definitely a big plus during the sunny day. We will definitely return.
