Modern, light, spacious
Needs to be cleaned better. Lots of hair around the property.
Shower in ensuite is broken and is stuck on hot, subsequently my daughter burnt herself.
Although entering the property using the weblink was clear and easy to use, what wasn’t made clear was the need to pull the front door before pushing open, i could hear the door unlocking but was unable to open it!! After 15 minutes I had to make an out of hours call to get assistance.

Very nice appartement, nicely decorated and spacious. The pool is a plus.
As the apartment is located on the ground floor, there’s quite some noise and ear plugs are recommended. The residents are that keen that you go into the pool. Just ignore them.

Nothing
Mainly Host, cleanness, no electricity in our last day. Host sent the wrong address which brought us out of lisbon.

Difficult to access the apartment, lost power and it took hours to get helped about it.

The Apartment was gorgeous lovely and spacious had all the utensils we need soap and shampoo ect. Loads of towels and extra bedding. The terrace was beautiful and met the sun in the morning. Just a short walk from the docks and the bar/restaurant mini strip. The decor was beautiful. Good spot if you don't want to be in the city but still have a buzz aorund.
The Location was a little further out of the city than expected but ubers were very cheap so wasn't much of an issue. The automatic door did not work during our stay it worked once to initially get in but didn't after that resulting in us having to leave the terrace door open to get back in which was very dodge. I feel a simple key box could fix this as I've seen a few other comments with the same problem. In the two bedrooms they are facing the street and the noise of the trucks at night were very very loud. Would not suit a light sleeper.

Clean and modern, spacious, well equipped, very comfy beds.
Swimming pool was just tolerable in mid February!
We received mobile contact on the day of arrival from the owners, asking for copies of passports and a portion of credit card details. This was extremely tiresome to organize in the middle of a travelling day with sketchy wifi. Only then did they send details of how to access the property using the phone. Make sure you have phone charge, data and smartphone savvyness! The outside of the property and door of the apartment are not labelled. The apartment door handle (obviously already glued/ attempted repair) fell apart in our hands.

Don't like the phone app system to access lock system, but it makes it easy anytime of the day
Dishwasher door was stuck. The property could do with more plates etc, 5 plates is not enough to cook and eat for 5 people etc.
