The bed was very comfortable and the location super convenient.
The room was tiny.

The bathroom and room was tidy. pretty central location.
The room was the tiniest ever.
Two people using that room there is no space to walk.
No real amenities except shampoo but I guess that's fine.
The place is super loud at night as it is in the centre of Zadar-
so make sure you have ear plugs or be a night person.

Nice, clean room in the centre of Old Town, very convenient for a one night stay. Excellent host, quick to communicate.
Very strong room fragrance in the room.

Good location and price
too small rooms and under the street level. Very dificult to fit room with 2 people

The location is amazing, right in the center, close to everything. Just 20 minutes walking from the main bus station, and of course walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions, beaches etc. The room was very nice, it did not bother us that it was located in the underground. It was clean and comfortable.
The location is quite noisy (naturally, as it's in the city center). But something that adds extra noise are the restaurants just outside the building (lots of noise in the morning from preparing the kitchen).

excellent location, very clean apartment, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff
very compact, I stayed on my own so just about had enough room for my suitcase
9.0
The location was perfect - really close to all sightseeing, restaurants, and boutiques.
I read in other reviews that this room type is located in the basement, so we weren't surprised. But it would be nice to mention this in the room description.

Fantastic location, in the middle of the Old Town. It was easy to reach restaurants, bars, the Roman Forum, Sea Organ etc. It was very clean, the bathroom was really comfortable, just like the bed. The host is very helpful and kind.
It’s a bit noisy due to the tourists but it is worth staying there because everything is near.

very good location and newly renovated room.
the room was different than what it’s shown in the advertisement, we took room number 7 which was located in the basement.
the room was very small and there were small bugs inside.

The best location, right in the city. It’s absolutely cosy and the room is clean. Our host was very responsive and helpful!

Location was perfect. There were nearby restaurants but the street became quiet after about 10:00 pm. The room appeared spotlessly clean with very little visible wear and tear. The modern, clean design was lovely.
I didn’t mind too much as a solo traveler but the room was small. I think it will feel quite cramped if two people were in it. Prior to arrival at the address I did not realize there would be no reception person. Fortunately the phone number was posted, fortunately my phone worked and someone answered to explain where the key was. My only contact with staff was by phone.
