Welcome to Golfer's Delight, your own personal country club in the heart of Indio. This fully stocked home and warmly decorated space will make you feel at home while the backyard amenities make you feel at a resort!
Golfer's Delight is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Indio bordering La Quinta and only 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This home has been upgraded and designed to create the perfect desert getaway for friends and families. There are 3 main outdoor areas that makes the backyard a true entertainer's paradise and separates it from the rest. To the left of the home is a large pool surrounded by mature palm trees and 6 lounge chairs to enjoy under the sun. To the right of the home is our newly installed 1000 sqft putting green and natural gas fire pit. On this side of the yard, there is also a 8ft billiard table, professional size table tennis, and a 55" smart tv under the patio. The last outdoor space lays in between the pool and golf area with a seating area, 55" smart tv, 10-person dining table, and a large BBQ island with brand new stainless grill and mini fridge. You will find this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway!

The home accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living space, dining space, laundry area, and 2-car garage.
We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.
Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.
Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.
Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is not allowed outside at anytime of day. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which all noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from the Helios team of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $1000 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.
Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.
3. Pool heating is extra. $75/day for pool heating. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of the pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No more than 6 vehicles allowed.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

A group of golfers from northern CA started a yearly tradition of a golf trip to the desert. Without any first hand knowledge of the area we booked the golfers delight property, and we’re thoroughly satisfied. 5/5. The amount of beds was the selling point for our group. Only disappointing thing was no hot tub as I had thought I read there was one-my own fault. The door code being the phone number made it so easy for the entire stay. At the conclusion of our stay we all decided we would stay at this house again. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.

The house was nice but it was not 100% clean when we arrived. The bathroom upstairs still had trash in the trash bin and a dirty towel hanging over the shower. I followed up with the property manager twice about this and asked if they could refund the cleaning fee but they never resolved this issue or followed up completely. They only stated they would get back to me after connecting with the property manager, which they did not.
Also, the sliding closet doors in the upstairs bedroom (non-master bedroom) and downstairs bedroom (non bunk-bed room) creaked constantly. I am unsure if it’s the materials of the doors or the tract itself, but I notified the property manager regarding this as well (no additional reply regarding this as well).

My friends and I loved every minute at this wonderful house. They are very well equipped.

The place was decent in general, although I had to pay for my two ESA pets. The company that manages the property has no flexibility regarding heating the pool they tried to make me pay for 3 days as minimum, although I did not see this in the rules of the property. My wife also saw a giant roach in the master bedroom. It was a one time to rent this place and won't recommend to family or friends.

This place is nice, particularly the backyard, but our six day visit was marred by an invasion of ants in the kitchen and in one of the beds (ew).
We were also greeted by an inch-and-a-half long cockroach
We messaged the management group and received this response, but then no further reply or assistance:

The house was meticulously clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great place for family fun with the pool and other entertainment amenities. Beds very comfortable, the house did not disappoint. If you enjoy cooking- all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and accessories you need are available. It was 114 degrees when we were there- AC in the home works great and kept the house very cool and comfortable. Check in process clear, easy, contact free. Would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the backyard had everything you could ever need! We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool for a couple days. The house also comfortably slept all 12 of us. We would definitely return!

We had an absolute blast with our family. We loved all of the outdoor games and golf. The kids swam in the pool hours a day. Would definitely recommend paying the extra cost to have it heated.

We loved this place for our entire family holiday! Loved the quiet location. The backyard was amazing for entertaining adults and grandkids. Beautiful areas to enjoy throughout the day whether you wanted sun or shade. The pool heated was the answer for early morning grandkids. The house was a great layout for our family of 9! I would come back again. We also valued quick communication with management with any questions or minor concerns we had. Memories were made!
