Horrible stay

The location was good, close to the places I needed to go.

The first room we were put into had a filthy dirty bathtub with dried shampoo and mucus in the tub. The toilet was broken and had absolutely no water in it, bit even in the tank. The TV was unplugged and we had to move the furniture out to plug it in and the floors had never been swept or vacuumed. So after that mess of a room they moved us to a different room that didn't even have a handle on the outside of the door and everything was unplugged again and we had to move the furniture to plug it all in. My fiance went to take a shower and when he turned the water on, it was nothing but rusty colored water and the shower had to run for 10.minutes before he could use it. The toilet had set so long with water in it and not flushed that it had a black rim around the water level. I went to dry my hair and the hair dryer didn't work and we had to go to the front desk and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring me another one. I really don't feel that I should have had to pay for my stay. It was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very disgusting.

Seems like a lot of the people live there! We basically got No room service! Had to ask for clean towels and what they only gave you 2 towels, 2 hand and 2 wash rags and they were poor grade linens! When we got towels we did not get any toilet tissue! Rooms very dirty! When we wiped water off the floor the rag was black when we finished! Mirrors were dirty and streaked! Room smelled like smoke! We had to purchase some supplies to clean room up!

Great value and comfortable.

Comfortable little room with kitchenette. Tub was a little banged up but otherwise usable. Front desk staff were very nice. Several eating options within walking distance. Firekeepers Casino was 10 min drive.

Bath was just needs remodeled.

Not much

Bathroom was dirty. Floors were dirty. Someone went in my room when we left for the day as my door was wide open. Broken stairs to get to 2nd floor. Main door did not close all the way.

Disgusting and dirty

This place was filthy. Bathroom floor was covered in hair, puddle of standing water under the air conditioner. Gross, gross, gross.

during the day it was pleasant but at night it got kinda weird.

The rooms are nice and mine was clean. housekeeping came often and asked if we needed anything and that was really nice.

it seemed kind of sketchy at night time, people just hanging around outside and drinking.

Good

Room was clean and near where we needed to go, kellogg arena. Good parking and well lit.

Room was cold when we arrived took awhile to heat up. No indoor pool option, and no continental breakfast. Even fruits and juice and coffee would be a nice touch. The tv was not easy to use, not alot of stations and internet spotty. But all in all not the worst experience I've ever had.

absolutely Nothing!!

I don’t like anything, it was nothin like the pictures. I had to change rooms because of the heating issue. I feel over all the rooms were over priced. I couldn’t even close my door (imagine being in a room and the door open everytime the wind blow)!!! drunks were soliciting outside of the hotel I had children with me.

Location was great! Didn't include breakfast.

I booked the rooms online and I couldn't pay for it online. Once I got to the motel the price went up compared to what it was online. Also there's a sign saying free dog for one room under 50 lbs. But I was charged for both of my dogs.

Very sketchy motel.

The location was the only thing I liked about this motel.

The cleaning service was not very good. I found long red hair extensions on the bathroom wall and had to call front desk to have someone clean it. The bed was noisy and I felt it was going to break just by sitting on it. The TV was outdated and seemed like they only had outside antenna because all channels were fuzzy. The towels were not white at all. The tub had patches and looked so dirty. I was only there because we lost power because of the recent ice storm and all other hotels were booked.

Weekend with mom

Convenient location, very quiet and good value price

Needed a door mat. It was icy and snowing and you would instantly slip your fist step in the door.

I summed it all up on the previous statement. Housekeeping were great people, other than that staff management or a bunc

it was pretty decent for the most part reclean cleaning staff or housekeeping were very good people

The worst was the management upfront in the office were absolutely horrible. Very nasty uncordial unaccommodating didn’t let us check in from the time that they said online we had ended up having to wait twice because in the morning person said we had to wait till noon at least to be able to check in so we waited over six hours to just get in the place. It was ridiculous no reason for that to happen had open rooms that they could’ve put us in very nasty people in the front. Prejudiced to tell they didn’t like Americans and even the white girl was there. It was horrible. Very nasty mean.

the room was expensive and all other rooms were occupied as permanent tenants that had animals barking and we could smell marjuana outside our door. the pillows were flat as paper and the bed was uncomfortable.

I was blown away. you can’t judge a book by its cover. Red Roof did a wonderful job making all the rooms modernized with furniture, beds, etc. Underrated
