Great time in this house. Enjoyed the hot tub. Downstairs very roomy, but was cold. Quiet neighborhood which was nice.

Loved the layout and location of the house as we had 7 ladies staying there. Loved the huge screened in porch, lots of beds and beautiful setting. Could have used some toiletries...soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Had to go out and buy those. Otherwise, loved it!

This house was very spacious with plenty of seating areas. The very large screen porch was great. Located in a quiet wooded spot.

We enjoyed this homey and spacious home. We did a lot of area hiking so the hot tub was a welcome relief for our sore muscles.

We loved staying in this home. It was very comfortable, from the beds to the living spaces. The location was great too...you were far enough away from civilization yet close enough to enjoy all that Asheville has to offer. My favorite part of this lovely home was the gas fireplace in the living room. Just push a button and you've got a real fire! The bedrooms were large with nice big closets, the kitchen was right off the very large screened in room at the back of the house, which was so nice cuz we could leave the slider open and feel the awesome fresh air. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed...including multiple ways to make coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.
The only reason that I gave 3 stars for the communication is because after 2 attempts to reach her, we never heard back from our contact person. We arrived earlier then expected and were trying to see if we could get access to the property (before the 4:00 check in time). We did, however, get assistance from Ernie with a question we had regarding check out. He was awesome.

This house was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 5 teenagers and one Shih tzu. The house was super clean, had extra comfy beds, and a bunch of extra touches that made our trip amazing. The game room down in the basement was excellent! We loved lighting the fireplace each night and the kennel for our dog made leaving him at the house so much easier. Highly recommend this property!

Enjoyed our time! Spacious, well kept home. Good for our large family. Not the most convenient to many parts of Asheville so plan accordingly. Served our purposes very well.

Only issue was location to downtown Asheville. It was listed as 15 minutes when it was more than 30.

The property requires maintenance as the backdoors were not functional. The neighborhood is not pleasant; however, we left a day early because the entire property was flea-infested. Terrible experience overall.

The house was perfect for our whole family to be in one place and still have room. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The surroundings are beautiful. You have the country feel but close to stores and attractions. This is the second time we have stayed here and for a large group it’s our go to place. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of nice amenities - nice towels, sheets, kitchen supplies. Very clean and quiet! Plenty to do in the surrounding area.

This house exceeded all our expectations! The owners thought about everything we may need during our stay. The hot tub was amazing. The fireplace was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable! When contacted, they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone staying in the area.

This was the last leg of our trip and the girls loved the hot tub! They spent additional time throwing darts and I sat upstairs listening to the laughter.

Our family really enjoyed the week here! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for all of our meals. They provided a nice supply of hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc, which was very appreciated. The house is very clean and provides nice towels and sheets. There is no door on the master bathroom which is interesting. We did have to reach out to get the entry code upon arrival. Overall, a very clean and comfortable place!

Nice home tucked in the woods. Tons to do around there. We spent one morning at the Round Mountain Goat Farm near Black Mountain, which is about an hour away. It was fabulous, if you're into petting goats and tasting some delicious goat cheese, I highly recommend this farm. This house was perfect for our family of 9, with plenty of beds. The hot tub was nice on the brisk mornings and cool nights. Sure the wifi wasn't great, but first off they tell you that in the description and secondly who cares, we were on vacation and it was truly less of a distraction. Loved listening to the wildlife in the morning too. We were sad to leave, it was a perfect week. Thank you

I really was unaware of the surrounding area.

Our family of four had a great time! The house was clean and spacious. We even brought our dog and loved all the dog supplies they provided. The internet connection was perfect, our son was able to do his school work on his laptop. Loved the firepit and the hot tub. We would stay here again for sure.

This is a cute home in a nice quiet neighborhood however it needs some help. Ants were out of control in the kitchen - not just a few, hundreds !!! The wall behind the sink was completely covered with them. The wi-fi was terrible and since the main TV streamed it's content it didn't work at all. The downstairs TV was fine but the main TV upstairs was useless (downstairs TV was positioned directly above the router). Additionally, they had put in a beautiful wood floor but it was buckled up so badly in some places that you could trip over it. I'd rate this place a 6 but it could be a 10 if they took the time to make some improvements.

Would definitely rent this property again. Hot tub was great, as was the screened in porch. Bed was super comfortable. House was overall very clean but fans could have used some dusting. Yard was decent - more than enough for our one dog. Only complaint was that we couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work - we had to hook up our own Roku. This may have been a “user” issue rather than an equipment issue but it was a bit frustrating:

Was happy with the house and the amount of space that it had. When checking in the trash cans Had maggots coming out from the lid and was overflowing. Talked to the property manger said trash would be picked up on Monday, we arrived on Friday. Trash was never picked up the whole time of our stay. Need to spray for bugs also having a room downstairs like they did. Rollie pollies and spiders where rampant. Was a good location and enjoyed our stay beside the couple inconveniences that I mentioned. Just think there needs to be better cleaning and communication between owners and property managers

Lot of potential
The house was nice! But the property is much smaller and has close neighbors. This was ok but we thought there was some room for the kids to explore and there isn’t. Also the manager of the property has very poor communication. We had to request check in and out instructions. The AC unit also stopped working and they never responded to us. Thankfully this didn’t happen until our last night there.
The house itself is lovely! Lots of room and very comfortable (when the AC was working) Lots of fun things to do in the area as well!!
