This is a beautiful house kept in immaculate condition. It is in a great neighborhood and in a perfect location for easy access to the golf course or any of the mountain resort amenities. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay for three days of skiing. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the shuttle bus to get back and forth to the base. It was on time and full of happy skiers. Will hopefully stay again.

Great spot for a family of 5. Appropriate amenities, convenient shuttle to the the base mountain. Enough room to spread out and very comfortable.
Could have used a few more towels.
We’d look forward to staying here again or highly recommending to friends/family.

The house was awesome plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed.
Easy check in
Highly recommended this property!!
One note:
We stayed March 31-April 3, 2023 -Spring Mud season the mountain shuttle service was not picking up skiers and riders on the road the house is on. It’s not paved yet.
I only mentioned this because it was a little disappointing from the description.
We drove to the mountain

The house is great. Super clean and has everything we needed in the kitchen. The griddle was a bonus. Downstairs gave the kids a place to go play and the das fireplace was nice to kick back in front of after a day at the mountain. Short drive/shuttle to base lodge and the sports center where day passes can be purchased for the pool and hot tubs. Small grocery stores are 5-20 minutes drive and there are some restaurants nearby. Perfect spot for a family/friends ski trip.

Beautifully laid out home with room for all!
My husband and I stayed with our family, a total of 7 adults.. This is a spacious but somehow cozy home!
The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep, and beautiful appliances.
The large entryway made it easy to keep outdoor gear, especially shoes and boots, out of the rest of the house. There was plenty of hooks and shelves for gear.
Every window had amazing views of birch and pine trees. We enjoying skiing for days, and sitting by the warm fire in the evening was an absolute joy.

I was here staying at the rental property for the Sugarloaf Enduro World Series. The proximity to the resort is just a short 2 minute drive and there is also the option to hop on biking trails directly from the property or you can drive a short distance to a number of trail heads. Overall this place was great, quiet for the most part (neighbors were actually quite noisy each night when we were trying to get good night sleep before training and race). Big kitchen and enough space that we felt like we had plenty of space to not step on each other's toes. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim’s house. Everything we needed was available. Jim provided spices, condiments, enough paper towels and toilet paper. House was new, clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the golf course and resort area Jim responded quickly with information. We would definitely stay there again next time we are at Sugarloaf.
