My daughter and I take a cabin camping trip to a new place with the dogs every year. We had everything we desired inside the cabin and outside. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The private access to the lake was serene. We took advantage of Kayaking and the extra bonus of the hot tub. We had an amazing time. Thank you.

This cute little cabin stole our hearts! Not only is the village of eustis so adorable and inviting, but it’s secluded which is EXACTLY what we were looking for. Surrounded by mountains this was by far the best vacation. The cabin is stocked with any amenities you may need, very clean and quiet. The hot tub and kayaks were definitely the star of the show in my opinion. Making this a yearly adventure for sure!

Perfect place to stay for the Sugarloaf marathon! Right near the start line and close to a little convenience/grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked. Great property with the lake. Would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable space, and it was super convenient for my return to Sugarloaf after 40 years. Would love to come back in the summer to experience more time outside on this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin for a week long snowboard trip at Sugarloaf. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day riding. The cabin was a bit dusty, but other than that it was clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable camp. The space was well equipped and comfortable. The owner is responsive and wants to be sure you enjoy your stay and have what you need. The small thoughtful touches (coffee bar, extra towels, wide screen tv, plowed driveway, and even twinkle lights!) are very much appreciated.

Overall great experience! The property was great and only about 20 minutes from Sugarloaf. Great location and stay!

Quaint little cabin! The listing offered a game room in garage however, when we arrived we noticed it wasn’t heated or set up for winter. The cabin did have quite a bit of dust and cobwebs and could’ve used a deep clean, the loft sleeper suffered severe allergies and the loft beds could’ve used a vacuum underneath. The location was perfect, access to the water was glorious and the hot tub was amazing after the slopes at Sugarloaf. The lights that guide the way to the water is also a nice touch. I would visit again.

We had a great time at this location. I was worried about traffic noise as this house is close to a busy road but traffic at night was minimal. The cabin was well equipped and very comfortable.

Overall we had a great stay! Although this property is right on the road, so there was some traffic noise. The set up is lovely, and the location is perfect!

The property was wonderful and the owner provided so many amenities and fun things to do! We loved kayaking, relaxing around the fire pit and hot tub, plus hanging out and playing games in the shed. Having the Italian food truck next door was a huge hit!

If you like the outdoors you are going to love this place. There are trails everywhere so bring your ATV a and Mountain bikes if you have then. There are three kayaks on site that give you access to the dead river and flagstaff lake. About a half a mile do the road is a walking trail amount monstrous cathedral pines. At the end of the day you can relax in the hot tub. To say that we had a great time is an understatement. We would definitely go back, maybe in the winter as I’m sure the winter activities are equally impressive.

We loved this cabin and Eustis is in the most scenic and uncluttered area! I was sad to have to leave!
The cabin was super clean and well equipped for all our needs.

Sherri always does a phenomenal job of making sure that everything you need is taken care of to enjoy the stay. The cabin is close by to the mountains for an easy ski getaway, and tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful dip into the hot tub. We loved our stay and will continue to come here again in the future!

My friends and I were a group of 5 young professionals who stayed at this VRBO for the week while skiing in Sugarloaf. The location is great, in a small quiet town with cute local grocery stores. The cabin is very cozy and intimate, and is perfect for a small group of close friends. A crew of ladybugs were also at the cabin during our trip, but were totally manageable (unless you have a fear of them). Hot tub was perfect after long ski days!

My wife and kids loved this place so much and had so much fun that we didn't even get a chance to explore it more. My family and I wish we had more time at this cabin and Sherri was the best host and responded instantly when we had questions. Highly recommend as is such a beautiful place and location. Thank Sherri you the best🙏🙏🙏

My boyfriend and I and our two labs highly enjoyed this property. At first we weren’t aware it was so close to a main road what made us nervous but the size and privacy of the back yard and lake made it all worth it. Eustis is a beautiful place and it was great to hike and kayak on the lake during the day and to relax by the fire and star gaze at night.

Sherri’s place was everything as expected. We felt like the only people around. Never saw the neighbor next door and from the dock, not a soul. We had everything we needed at the cabin as far as supplies and activities go. Thank you for being a great host!

If you’re into enjoying all nature has to offer (hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc,) and then relaxing in a hot tub or sitting around a fire pit then this is the spot to be. Rustic with modern amenities. LOVE the separate garage had games and a large TV. If staying with more than 2 or 3 people it gives you room to spread out since the main living space is compact.
Since it was just my husband, our dog and me we didn’t utilize the upstairs sleeping loft but note that ceiling height is low and best suited for children or nimble young adults. The bathroom is tiny, think cruise ship size, but suits the purpose. Access to the lake in back of property is wonderful and I was able to utilize the kayaks provided. The property is large for our dog to run around but we kept him on a line due to the proximity of the highway.
Recommendations to property owners: provide a real vacuum (even a good quality stick vacuum), the small handheld provided was inept and when looking for a dropped earring under the bed it was REALLY dusty. We didn’t appreciate the guy coming to pump out the septic at 7:45am right outside the bedroom window with no prior warning. Fortunately we were decent! Also, it should be noted that the coffee maker is a Keurig. I packed ground coffee and filters that I didn’t need to. Luckily Pines Market has a good selection of coffee pods.
Pines Market is literally just down the street and carries everything and I mean EVERYTHING you may need during your stay (their rib eyes made for a wonderful eat-in meal!) We recommend the White Wolf Inn Restaurant for eating out.
Overall, a wonderfully relaxing place to stay.

Cute little cabin! Very clean. Relaxing hot tub. Short walk on a lighted path to the lake. Had use of kayaks and inflatable boat, but didn’t use due to rain. Lots of cable channels for rainy day movie watching. Beds are comfy, kitchen has all dishes and supplies, bathroom was very clean but a bit tight for a large person. The loft is a perfect sleeping spot for kids, although it was just adults in our party. Propane gas grill was nice. Would recommend a gage to know how much propane is left. It was empty when we went to cook, but no worries as the local grocery store is within walking distance and they have propane, gas, local canned goods, a deli, and yummy breakfast sandwiches! Our dog had a great time, too, and we appreciated that this cabin was dog friendly. Sherri was a great host and very communicative. Would definitely book here again if we come back to Eustis!

Summer getaway
The property was just how they advertised it. We had a relaxing couple of days. I really I enjoyed the mini classic arcade game. The only thing that I didn’t like is there isn’t any swimming near the camp unless you like swimming in weeds. Other than that it was awesome.
