Beautiful and tranquil

Beautiful and spacious. Have all you would need and close to town centre

We could not use the oven as the button was broken, but could use the Weber. Disappointed we had to clean the Weber first before we could use it. We left it clean for the next folks

Ok, comfy, enough bathrooms, bit expensive.

# of bathrooms suited our traveling party - as we had 2 couples and a single, so worked well. Wifi was good. Coffee pods good. TV in each room was good.

There was no breakfast. There was confusion about the drinking water. There was a belief from others in my group that tap water was not suitable for drinking. I asked a local who said it was fine, but the rest did not believe me. So we bought 10 litres of water from Drakes, which was not enough over our stay. Is the tap water drinkable? Also is the extra tap rainwater - is this drinkable. Would be useful if there were some written details on this for guests please. Dishwasher filter was filthy - needed cleaning - owner should consider cleaning this regularly. A little but pricey but we booked late so had not much choice.

A really beautiful, spacious home that was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Well situated and has everything you need a

So spacious and open great sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fab views form the huge balcony. Main bedroom shower is phenomenal and undercover parking is a real bonus :) Owner was fantastic with any queries.

Nothing - only suggestions would be another tv in the bedroom and some hanging racks in the other three bedrooms

there were no wardrobes in bedrooms other than main bedroom which was inconvenient when we were 2 senior couples. had to shift some of the lounge furniture which had not been cleaned under for some time. miscellaneous items found. otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Big house with heaps of room, great facilities and lovely views over the water.

Loved the views over the bay. Huge house with all the facilities you could want! Lots of bathrooms. Plenty of parking.

gorgeous house, good location, great facilities

the linen was of very good quality, the lounge was enormous and made for a few tv nights, there was lots of space for the five of us to be in and not feel hemmed in.

My stay on KI was disrupted and caused stress due to last minute downgraded accommodation.

I got booted out of the property the afternoon before I checked in. Apparently the owner put family in and didn't notify the agent.

I was offended that I was not able to access accommodation I had booked and paid for in advance. Very poor form. It was a special birthday celebration for me, with family travelling from across Australia to share it with me. Alternative downgraded accommodation was supplied however I subsequently left a day early as a result.

Very relaxing and enjoyable with amazing views

Great floor plan for a group of friends, especially with 3 bathrooms. Living area and balcony was perfect.

Minor thing was no larger baking trays, more normal kitchen mugs or cups needed. But nothing major.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there

- Lots of space indoors - Great location and close by Kingscote centre - A great base for travel around the island - Excellent shower

Only thing was the front gate which was pretty badly broken when we got there. It made me a little paranoid that we'd get blamed for it. Probably best to get it fixed asap.
