About this house rental

Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home in Northwest Tucson, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains during the day and the city at night. The house is near the Saguaro National Park, and just minutes from trailheads for Sweetwater Trail and El Camino del Cerra. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this is a great home to escape to and enjoy the private backyard with heated PebbleTec pool and hot tub, while being close to the city for daytime excursions. There is 2800 sq ft of living space, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dinning area and open living room. If you need to work, there is an adjustable desk, large curved monitor and laser printer available for your use. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood and is a relaxing place to stay. Parties and events are not allowed, and we ask that you respect our home and our neighbors. Any party on the property will incur forfeiture of security deposit.

Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome, but must be kept off the leather sectional to prevent damage to the leather.

The home is decorated with inviting southwest and mid-century furnishings. The large sectional couch offers plenty of seating to view movies on the 85" TV with streaming services. High Speed Internet is provided for streaming and/or for working remotely. The large kitchen is well equipped to whip up a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy your meal at the kitchen peninsula, the 8 seat dining room table or take it outside to the back patio to take in the views. The patio has a propane grill for barbecues, with a six-seat table and comfortable seating.

Up to six guests are accommodated in the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a television, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large shower, jacuzzi tub, two sinks and separate toilet room. Two bedrooms have queen beds, televisions, and share the common bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and double sinks. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is available to refresh your clothing as needed.

The spa heat is included in the nightly rate, the pool can be heated for an additional fee (see below). Pool towels are provided for guest use as well as pool floats.

Pool Heating
Depending on the time of year, the pool can take an incredible amount of energy to heat.

The pool heating rate is $50 per day to heat the pool to 80 degrees, October - March. During those months, use of the pool cover is needed when not in use in order for the heater to keep up.

During the spring and fall outside these months (Typically April & September), the pool covers may still be needed to keep the pool comfortable, so please use the covers when not swimming.

Please note: The fireplace is not available for use.

There are cameras around the exterior of our home for security, insurance and adherence to our house rules.

Stayed here while moving our daughter to UA for her second year. House was great, everything was available for our use, jacuzzi was very nice to relax in at night and pool was perfect to swim in the morning. The house is HUGE and all the rooms were comfortable for our family. Overall the house is quiet, we met a few neighbors and saw some wildlife like Coyotes while we were out walking the dog. About 10 minutes to UA and several restaurants, while allowing us to still feel like we were outside the "city"

This property was exactly as shown in the piictures. The views are spectacular, pool and hot tub delightful and outdoor patio so relaxing for dinner and watching sunsets. Alll the accomodations were in pristine condition, ammenties were plentiful and the beds extremely comfortable. A plus is the sound sytem/TV set up, that plays albums. The selection of music was outstanding. Our group highly recommends this property!

My stay was magical! This property has everything that makes a stay away from home perfect. It is close to shopping and only a few minutes from downtown Tucson. The pool and yard are perfect for the family. Plus the view from the pool is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains and city lights at night! The property is clean and furnished with high quality appliances and if you need to watch a sporting event or movies the front room TV is at least 80”! Lastly the host reached out and asked if I had any needs and was always quick to respond if I had a question! Spend up on this property you won’t regret it! I highly recommend this property.

Our hosts were so sweet! They heated the pool and spa for us and even left blown up pool floats in the closet for us to use. The mountain and city views were amazing! The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was also very clean and comfortable making for a wonderful weekend as we attended a family wedding. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for 5 days in March. The house is lovely with plenty of room for our 2 couples; it would be great also for 3 couples but would require a shared bathroom. The pool and hot tub and surrounding area are fantastic with nice deck furniture, excellent mix of sun and shade, and a wonderful view toward the Catalina mountains. Our hosts were wonderful: quick to respond and generous in every way. We look forward to visiting again.

This home was was absolutely incredible. Views were amazing, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and furniture. Lisa’s communication was outstanding from the morning of our arrival till our departure. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of hiking at Sweetwater Preserve and Catalina State Park. We were fortunate to see all of the poppies in bloom at Catalina and the evenings were so relaxing enjoying the clear skies, firepit and listening to records on the turntable. Outstanding visit, look forward to returning and staying longer!

This home is beautiful with a very well stocked kitchen and bedrooms located at two different ends of the home for privacy. Spectacular views from the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking at the Sweetwater Preserve a couple of miles away. Quick responses in communication.

We had an incredible stay at this property! We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas with my husband, 2 boys, and mom, and this was close to grocery stores, yoga, and some really great hikes. This house might be the best VRBO/vacation rental we have ever stayed at in terms of the amenities it provides. It had literally EVERYTHING we could have needed. They even got us a pack-n-play for our son to stay in so we didn't have to fly with it. 11/10 rating. We picked this place because of the location (close to hikes) and the pool/hot tub. It was great that the pool was heated for our boys.

The house was beautiful in an awesome setting and spectacular views. We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this was the best ever.! A beautiful setting to relax, enjoy the views, and use as a home base to bike the Tucson loop. We really appreciated the detailed booklet and sharing your well stocked kitchen was quite generous. I loved all the space to store our belongings so our “home stay” could remain tidy and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here although I would suggest driving to the trail head and parking because the roads are not good for biking.

This was the best place we have stayed by far. The house was clean and not overly furnished. We appreciated the openness of the house. It was nice to stay somewhere that did not feel like you were staying in someone else's space. This was a true VRBO. The view overlooking Tucson is amazing. It was great to sit in the hot tub at night and see the lights of the city and the stars. The owners were prompt in answering any questions we had. We all agreed that we will stay here again.

We loved staying here. The location was really great - a bit out of the hubbub and quiet, but an easy drive to everything in Tucson. The house was lovely, well-appointed and very comfortable. It was easy to rent and easy to find. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has a pool and hot tub but we were so busy we never got a chance to use it. The only problem we had was the lock on the front door. Even reading the instructions it was still difficult. Also there was no iron or ironing board or at least we couldn’t find one. The tv and surround sound was awesome! I tried getting a hold of the property manager but she never answered me back. So if you have questions call the owner he will respond. All in all it is a great place to stay we really enjoyed it.

My wife and I have been renting with VRBO for a long time. By far this was the Best experience ever with property owners, as well as EVERYTHING working as listed. Great destination, even in the extreme heat!

We stayed there for a week when there were record high temperatures in June. Even so, the house stayed cool with 2 A/C units and the pool was fabulous. Everything was done very thoughtfully and we couldn't be happier with the house and the stay. Will definitely be back.
