We had a great time staying at the house! The entertainment was great! We loved to pool and available floating devices as well as air pump for ease of inflating everything. We grilled out and turned on the gas fire pit style table. Lots of shade available for eating and lounging! The game tables inside were great too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Spending time with our family, enjoying the pool and all the room the house had to offer. Also the property owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. Any question was answered very quickly. They really cared about our stay!!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and loved the pool and outdoor space but the inside is great too - pool table, ping pong, foosball, games, and lots of seating. Very clean with a lot of extras you don't often find in short term rentals. Property manager Derek was great and even provided some great recommendations for dining. I will be back with my family in the future!

This is an older home. However, it has been updated for a great vacation home. As described this house is VERY spacious—plenty of space for all to spread out. We were ages 4 to 65 and all were pleased. The pool was perfect for the younger kids as it has a big shallow area and goes to about 5-1/2 ft deep. Bedrooms are huge so you can spread out your belongings. The "bunk room" can accommodate quite a few people. The home has 4 bathrooms but only has 2 with showers. But the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom can accommodate 3 kids at one time. The backyard has plenty of room to enjoy a BBQ for all. Supplies for the kitchen, baths, and towels were perfect. We spent 2 days at different Lake Michigan beaches -- soft sand, clean, and so relaxing. Walk a dune, went to the zoo (very intimate), ate at great restaurants (a list is provided - we followed those suggestions). Derek, the owner, is great to work with. Very responsive to questions and wants to be sure you have a great stay --- which we did.

This house offered plenty of space and rooms for 6 adults and 5 pre-teen/teenage girls. The game room provided plenty of space for entertainment for our long weekend.

We had an amazing time! This place was perfect. The host was outstanding and went out of his way to make everything perfect! We spent most of our days outside at the pool and at night we hung out in what we called the game room (pool table,bar,games) The Washington Park Beach was beautiful too! We had our adult kids,teenage kids and our grandkids and it was enjoyed by all!

We had such a great girl's weekend away! Derek, the owner, was a wonderful host and was great to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our group. The weekend was about getting together and catching up and there were many places to do this - from the bar, to the pool and all the various living spaces throughout. We plan to book again next year!

There are only two showers in the facility. So, if you have a lot of guests, it may be problematic. The owners were very nice and responsive. It is an older property that has been touched up.

Spent the days touring breweries, distilleries, wineries, outlet shopping, casino, beach and lighthouses. So much to do in the area! Enjoyed having a large table that we could all eat at, had great conversations in the comfy couches and chairs and slept like babies in the super comfy beds. The weather was a bit cold for the pool but we sure enjoyed the firepit out side. Communication with the property owner was amazing. We will be back!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! The house was perfect for the size of our group. Went here to celebrate my 40th with a few cousins and it was the perfect getaway! There are plenty of beds for a group, the bar area is gorgeous, the pool was nice and the sauna was refreshing. We all kept saying we planned to book again and bring our kids one day! The property manager was very accommodating and accessible if we needed him. Highly recommend this house.

The home is amazing and so accommodating for adults and children. The only downfall would be we could not figure out how to get the home to cool down, almost seemed like it was not working and the fridge did not get very cold, but other than that everything was amazing! Our children had a wonderful time at the home, and that was the most important to me!

What a great stay! I do VRBO a few times a year with family but I must say this has by far been of the best experiences. The house itself is great! So much space for the family to spread out, the pictures don’t do it justice. Our host was so helpful and accommodating, he communicated before our stay with some great information and tips. He was easy to communicate with and all the little details throughout the house were thoughtful and appreciated. You can tell there’s been a great attention to detail in this unique house. The binder with home info, entertainment, restaurant recommendations and any information you would ever need was so helpful. It was a short drive to the beach, the zoo and many other things to do. We took the host up on his recommendation to take a small walk to a local ice cream shop Bubbles and it was a big hit with the kids. I would recommend this home to anybody, I can’t say enough good things about it. We had a great time and would definitely come back.
