This property is very spacious and convenient to Disney. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. I only have two considers: Need a tv in each room Need double beds in two rooms Will book again.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and decorated perfectly. All essential and appliances were provided. The one thing that could possibly have been better was parking. The number of cars is limited for the size of accommodating of the house. Overall would rent again!

The description of villa was same in person. We all had great time and enjoyed every moment and felt like home. The rug need to be changed but rest all no complaints. Will surely recommend this place to others. Thanks Anna for timely response and support.

We had difficulty accessing the site. Our gps always set us to the close gate, but the. House itself is amazing. Everyone loves it. Good size for our group. The interior design is perfect. We wish we have bigger pots and pans for big crowd like us. The carpet needs some shampooing, and there is not enough parking for a big crowd like us, the driveway can only 3 cars and we are not allowed to park in the street. It was the biggest challenge. but overall it is a beautiful house with enough amenities for all of us.

Overall, it worked very well for our family! There were 22 of us and there was no problem with us each having our own space. Other than the floors, the house was clean and well maintained. The biggest issue was the neighbors having loud parties.

Our stay was awesome, the house was just perfect. We had 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms that was perfect for our family. They loved being able to pick were they wanted to sleep, and getting to say I’m in bedroom 1,2,3,4, and on and on. We even enjoyed our neighbors across the lake. The pool was awesome the hot tube amazing. This chic only have great things about this VaKay✅

loved the layout of this house. Very spacious in common areas and bedrooms. Enough room for everyone. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and two large refrigerators. Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for our group. The only cons to this property are limited parking for large groups, bringing more than two or three cars and the need to take trash to the main dumpster near the pool regularly since our group produced a lot of garbage due to the size of the group. House is in a newer community, but much is still under construction, including the entry way to the community, which sometimes made access difficult. The entire community is vacation homes and there was a bit of noise late at night from surrounding homes and parties. Had a small problem with a toilet and owner was extremely responsive to getting it fixed for us. Also very prompt with responses to any needs or questions prior to arrival. Overall, we were very happy with this property and our choice to stay in this house

This home was great! Accommodated all of my family and was in close proximity to the park and shopping. The only downside is the construction that is going on in the neighborhood.

The property provided an easy commute to all of the parks. The home was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the theater room and pool.

The house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large athletic team of high schoolers and their parents. Everyone enjoyed the game room and theater. The kitchen and family room was a great size for everyone. They had plates and silverware for everyone, two refrigerators and two dishwashers which was nice. It would be helpful to have larger pots and pans in order to cook for such a big group but they did have an electric pressure cooker which was great. Also we had a couple little maintenance issues and they were fixed immediately. The house is spotless. The only other thing to know is the neighborhood is new so there is a lot of construction. This did allow for us to park on the street as many construction vehicles were parked on the street. The driveway easily fit 3 large cars...possibly 4 if they are small cars and if parking on the sidewalk is allowed. The pond in the back needed to be mowed and clean up a bit due to all the construction. We were able to bring in a bus to drop of our players and they had plenty of room to turn around at the end of the street. This house really did work out perfectly.

It took so long to get responses. No clear indications on how to get there and it was scary arriving at night in a scary neighborhood that was mainly under construction.

New very clean home with pool, game room, & theater. Only disappointment was not a TV in all the bedrooms (maybe 3 out of 12 bedrooms). Also, some rooms without closets but had racks & dressers for clothing (this was a new thing for me). Overall, loved the home!!!

This brand new house was perfect, almost all room have their own bathroom. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Family and dining area flows with kitchen. Active room and theater are a great amenity. The only negative is the new construction surrounding since they are all new homes. Even with the new construction we would stay here again,

This is an awesome new home. This house was great from top to bottom, it had plenty of room and amenities for our group of 12, which made for another great annual golf outing. We will be back next year.
