Relax on the comfortable sofa around the fireplace to watch a movie or Netflix marathon on the TV. Create memories at the formal dining table set for ten, with a breakfast bar nearby that seats seven. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals or on-the-go snacks in the spacious full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom is roomy, has a soft bed, and a luxurious bathroom near it with a walk-in shower, one even has a stunning standalone tub. Kids will love bunking together in the bunk beds, watching movies on the bean bags downstairs, and choosing which board game to play. Sip your morning coffee out on the balcony as you watch the Colorado sun rise over the Rocky Mountains, breath in the fresh air, and enjoy yourself on your Centennial State getaway. The home also features a family media room on the lower level. You will have access to the Wildhorse Gondola and the exceptional amenities Trailhead Lodge has to offer including a pool, three hot tubs, an outdoor grill, a fitness center, and a family room with a pool table, just steps away.

With Safeway, WildPlum Eatery-Grocer-Spirits, and City Market all a mile or less from your front door, you'll never have to worry about running out of those essential refrigerator and pantry items. Then again, sometimes you just don't feel like cooking, so be sure to check out some of the area's local fare. This home is just 250 yards from the ski area with all the white powder of the mountains just waiting to be explored. Summer visitors will also love the wildlife and scenery they find on the nearby Thunderhead Hiking Trail.
Enjoy having access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
