The compact villa is close to a selection of wonderful beaches on the far southeast tip of Sicily and well placed for visiting the magnificent baroque architecture that characterises the towns of Modica, Ragusa and Noto.Spend days lounging on the sun beds around the pool or on the comfy chairs in the shade of the poolside pergola or relax on the nice white amaca. The covered terrace, screened by billowing drapes, is the perfect spot for al fresco dining before retreating to the sofa and armchairs on the terrace for a post-lunch espresso or a nice barbecue!The villa is simply and Mediterranean style welcome you and let you feel at home, set on one floor and with shuttered windows and doors that lead into the open plan living room. Perfectly designed for holiday living, the feel throughout is contemporary and tasteful, with bright modern rooms, cool ceramic tiled floors and walls painted a crisp white. A small garThe main living space comprises a living room with double sofa-bed and screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table for 4. There are two double bedrooms (each with double bed) and two modern bathrooms with showers, one of the bathroom has outside entry and it’s perfect when you come back from the sandy beach
About the area : 600 meters from the supermarket VIALE KENNEDY SHOPPING CENTER, 6 km from the city POZZALLO, 120 km from the airport CATANIA AIRPORT. Comfortable, 90 square meters with private entrance and privacy and fully equipped, overlooking the garden and private pool , 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed if necessary 1 sofa with 1 single beds, 1 bathroom inside the house with shower and the second external bathroom with laundry and in any case well equipped sink, toilet and shower cabin.
Living kitchen equipped with dishwasher and electric oven, large outdoor veranda for outdoor dining with garden, barbecue area, private parking for 2 cars and a completely fenced area. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, flat screen TV and washing machine, iron and hair dryer. External showers. Private garden with lawn and hammock.
You will spend most of your time outdoors, relaxing with dinner outside and enjoying the garden and nice pool.
