About this apartment rental
Our home is a corner unit (404A) 2-bed 2-bath that is located on the 4th floor at Mykonos Beach Resort allowing for breathtaking views of the entire Costa Azul beach and bay. Enjoy the view from either of two balconies or watch the surf break, Zippers, from your living room though large windows that frame Zippers beach and Palmilla point. This unit features beautifully done upgrades throughout to give a modern and functional style to the home. Ocean front cozy and spacious condominium walking distance to restaurants and 4-5 minute Uber into San Jose’s lively downtown art area. Full kitchen should you decide to dine in. Tours and sport rentals available from numerous concierge service providers in the area. Information and guide available in our personal guide located in the condo. Mykonos Bay condos offer 3 oceanfront pools (2 heated). The 25 meters long unheated pool is perfect or swimming laps while the larger heated pool is also long enough for laps. A hot tub, fire pit and lots of lounging areas, all with a great view and direct access to the beach are shared with only 72 units. Gated and secure grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. A spacious, well equipped gym overlooks the ocean with outdoor training areas. Tennis and Pickle-ball too. Fully wheelchair accessible.

An experience out of this world. From the booking, the communication with Belen, the ease of entrance to the property, the advice, the apartment, the welcome beers and guacamole, nachos, the departure and the reassurance of Belen to follow up for any questions were absolute 11 out 10!!! This condo unit 404A has the best location and view of the beach. The grounds were beautiful and clean. This is a quiet complex which we appreciated. Older group of friendly people. If you are there on Fridays, the Fish Lady comes to the parking lot at 1:00. Very fresh fish/seafood and very reasonable. I made the mistake of buying too much therefore we did not go out for dinner as much as I would have liked! The balconies are very private at this unit and the ocean breeze is a delight! I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Stayed here for a week in January with my husband and two daughters (16 and 20) and we were so glad to start and end our days in this lovely condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Located in a quiet resort near to San Jose Del Cabo and right on the beach the resort’s architecture is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. We spent time in the pools and the hot tubs almost every day. Felt very safe and serene no loud parties just friendly and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. This unit in particular is ideally located on the 4th floor on a corner so the ocean and beach views and natural light were outstanding - even better than the photos online. Very comfortable furnishings and the beds (both kings!) and bedding were incredibly comfortable which can be rare in a rental. Belen was very responsive the few times we needed something and she made us feel right at home. When our flight home was delayed - twice! - she generously extended our check out time. Thanks for hosting us Belen! Hope to be back soon.

Spectacular beachfront unit in very nice boutique property. The suite is absolutely lovely, facing the ocean, with excellent restaurants in easy walking distance along the beach on either side.

The perfect condo on one of the most beautiful stretches of white sand in all of Los Cabos. The only sound you will hear continuously is the crashing of the nearby waves. Central, well-appointed, and only 25 minutes from the airport. This reasonably priced vacation property is definitely worth every penny.

This place is amazing, exactly what I was looking for! The location was fab, the apartment was super clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. I was expecting great views based on the photos of the listing but the reality exceeded the expectation, wow! Belen was an awesome host, very helpful and available to answer to all my questions. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the extra touches. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with homemade guacamole and chips. Everything needed for a beach day was available, 2 coolers, inflatables, beach chairs, even kids life vests and kid floaties though we didn’t use them. We appreciated having the basics to cook with oils and some spices, filtered water in the fridge. The views in this condo were phenomenal with 2 balconies, ocean views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 4. All the comforts needed for an amazing stay. Comfy beds, an air conditioner which was definitely needed to beat the heat and humidity. We felt safe behind security gates monitored 24/7 by security guards. We did use the gym. Washing machine and dryer was a plus with plenty detergent. The pool area was really nice with 2 pools, both facing the ocean. Bbq available if needed. Please note we are avid travelers and have stayed in many places throughout the world and as far as condos this one we highly recommend. Also appreciated Belen contacting us to check up on our stay, gracias Belen. We will definitely be back. Hasta la próxima!

Can’t beat the views of this property as well as the direct access to the beach. My 16 year old even found the sunrise so stunning that he would get up at 5:30 am to watch from balcony or beach. Great location. Wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

The condo was the perfect for us and our teen son. The views were amazing, I could sit on the balcony and watch my son surf. We spent a lot of time at the pool and used the gym as well, which is not air conditioned just fyi, but we didn’t mind, there’s a ton of fans in there. Belen was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay

Absolutely a lovely condo! From the moment we stepped inside and saw the blue water from the living room, we never wanted to leave. The condo was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. There was a bowl of salsa and a bowl of guacamole in the fridge for us as well.
Owners are very responsive and so easy to work with.
Quiet grounds, beautiful pool area as well.

My husband and I went to San Jose del Cabo with our 16 yr old daughter. The condo was very nice and comfortable. I loved that it was right on the beach and the beach was never crowded at all. We also used the pools many times and that was never at all crowded either.
My only complaint was that it was difficult to walk to places because the sidewalks just stopped and you are then walking on the side of a freeway. We walked several times along the beach to go to Mama Mia's or Zippers but used Uber to go other places.

Really enjoyed this 4th floor condo at Mykonos in Cabo San Jose. Great long walks on the beach and a lot of swimmable waters around it. Condo is good size for a couple or small family. TV is streaming only but could pick up a couple news channels. Loved our dinners at ACRE and Flora Farms - and sunset hour at the Manta.

We stayed in this unit at Mykonos during spring break 2024 with our teenaged daughter. The condo is beautiful. Just like the photos. The view is stunning. The pools are clean and beautiful - one not heated though but good for laps. The unit is very well equipped. Communication with owner was promptly returned and helpful. Beach in front is not swimmable but that is par for the course in the area. The location is very convenient- close to San Jose Del Cabos and amenities.
It is close to the main highway and can be a bit tricky getting in and out of drive way if driving but it is minor issue. All in all, I would highly recommend this beautiful unit!

The condo and pool area are wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing at the pool. Condo close to San Jose Del Cabo and 20 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. It was nice being on the 4th floor as it gave us a much better prospective of the ocean and sandy beach.

The views really are the best from all directions and you can watch the surfers and whales from almost every room. We loved the extra touches like sun screen, beach chairs and games. The location near the end of the beach is clean and quiet and we did find a nice beach restaurant a quick walk down the beach. However I would not recommend this complex for kids. We were there on a cold Feb day and kids under 18 aren’t allowed in the hot tubs so they couldn’t warm up or spend anytime in the hot pools with us as a family. Even when there were no other people around we were still told they couldn’t be in the hot pools by security and had to leave. If you’re traveling with older adults who like the peace and quiet this is a nice choice. The condo seems to be the best location in the complex. It’s a very nicely furnished condo with everything you need!

Condo was perfect for our small family. Wonderful communication from owner, zero surprises. Views from all windows were spectacular. Older crowd at the complex but all so friendly and happy kids were there. Waves seemed big off the beach outside condo but once in water were nice. Clean and beautiful experience.

We have been to Cabo many times and have always stayed just north of San Lucas. We wanted to stay in San Jose this time because we were looking for a a different experience. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in, Belen and Marcus have thought of everything!
The building is safe, clean, the view is unparalleled and the condo was everything we could’ve hoped for. We saw whales from the condo every day, be sure and bring your binoculars! The brand new refrigerator with filtered water saved us a lot of time and effort, not having to deal with bottled water for every little thing.
The bed was so comfy and it was wonderful to be able to leave the slider open and hear the ocean all night long. The picture window in the living room was the perfect place to sit and read a book and watch the ocean. The two balconies are so relaxing for sitting in the morning and having a cup of coffee or tea and watching the sunrise.
The location is perfect, easily accessible to downtown San Jose and also great snorkeling beaches just to the south. You do need to walk along the beach before you can access sidewalks on the road, that led us to discover a great restaurant, Mamma Mia’s down the way where we ate several times.
We rented a car because we like to get out and do things but Uber is the way to go if you want to go downtown for the Art Walk or even to dinner. It’s so affordable and that way you don’t have to have a designated driver.
Belen was super responsive from booking to the end of our stay. La Comer is close by and is great for getting food to eat so you don’t need to eat every meal out. Much better than Walmart! The kitchen was well stocked, and the washer/dryer was super handy. There is even an iron and ironing board.
The neighbors are friendly, the place is very quiet. The pools are stunning and we had our pick of temperatures between the different pools and the hot/warm tubs.
This is well-suited for a couple, some girlfriends or a family. The primary bedroom is definitely the most roomy and has the best view. It might be a little bit cramped for two couples, depends on how cozy you want to be.
We are already booked for next year and we will stay here anytime we are in Cabo. It is our new very favorite place, highly recommend!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, games for the family and kids, lots of space. Everything you would want for the comfort of your home was provided. The pools were amazing and the access to the beach was great. We have visited Cabo many times and this was one of the best stays we have had!
