Great trip to Clearwater! Place was great and really well stocked. Had a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach towels that we were able to load up daily and take to the beach. Condo was conveniently located to restaurants, an island market and of course the beach!

We stayed for a week, the condo is beautifully appointed, lots of space, sunrise views from the terrace are amazing. Easy to walk to restaurants & beach. Pier 60 is nearby. Very enjoyable trip.

Beautiful location and view from the deck! Well equipped kitchen and had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart to use when going to the beach. Enjoyed every moment. Dolphin and pelicans were so much fun to watch from deck and sunrises were spectacular!

Great location, 1 block to beach, small grocery across the street, putt putt, Ice cream shop, crepes, donuts and restaurants less than a block away. Marina is about 3-4 block and shops about 5 block. Can easily walk everywhere you need to go. They had really nice beach chairs and cart to take to the beach and pool and hot tub was nice on the premise.

We loved all of the decor, truly a beautiful condo. The amenities were great. Response to calls in regarding questions - perfect! The only negative I can say was the bedroom for the couple near the second bathroom. The bed was very low, on 4x8 boards with a thin mattress. Also.. the doors for this bedroom that led into the foyer were partly clear and the older persons that used that room found the light from the kitchen disturbing when trying to retire early. The 3rd bedroom with the two Queen beds was very comfortable. The main bedroom was fantastic... loved that it had a tub and rain shower! Very large closet! Other than the 2nd bedroom,, all was lovely. Great kitchen, beautiful eating area, cozy living room with a beautiful stone mantle and fireplace. The outside was perfect with table and chairs, plus a sitting area. Truly loved the condo. I would definitely look to rent it again. Thank you to the owners and Harborview Grande!

We loved our stay…condo is beautifully furnished and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the deck view each morning and evening. We were short towels upon arrival and it took 2 days to get them to us. Communication with Vacasa was difficult. Also…highly suggest a shower caddy in the master shower. There was nowhere to put any shower supplies. I had to use the shower floor. Great family vacation!

Everything about this place was nice (for a bay view) except super low water pressure in master bath and REALLY rough sheets. Very clean and has everything one needs in their home away from home. Saw dolphins swimming in the bay almost every morning! Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for our family. The condo was gorgeous. Very well done. There were even beach towels, beach toys, and a wagon to pull to the beach. Located on the southern end, it was close to plenty of places to eat. We love Clearwater and this was one of the nicest condos we`ve stayed in. Great condo

The condo was decorated beautifully and well equipped. We loved the spaciousness of the bedrooms and living area. The outdoor space was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the passing boats. Clearwater is very busy in December, but the location of this condo is closer to Sand Key, so not as crowded. We enjoyed walking over the bridge with our dog everyday to the Sand Key Park. The beach is a short walk away. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. We’d stay here again! Thanks so much! The Condo was everything advertised. Wonderful view of the Bay and the Dolphins when they would come in. It`s pretty conveniently located and only a short walk from pretty much everything, except the aquarium. (Which is just a 5 min drive). I would definitely recommend and stay here again. This condo was perfection!

The title says it all! The building itself is in a phenomenal spot where you can walk to SO MUCH! The condo is right off the elevator of the building, which was great and not a ton of walking! Checking in was a breeze and having a code to get into the condo was amazing rather than keys. Two parking spots was perfect, and we loved the pool! The condo itself was beautiful, and just as described! Very beachy theme, clean, comfortable and had everything you could need! The balcony was great and we spent so much time out there — we even saw dolphins on two different occasions, right from the balcony! This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities that we needed. There were plenty of beach supplies provided including towels. The wagon was a definite plus for the short walk over to the beach. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to spend time together and to relax with some distance when we needed. The beds were comfortable too.
