Séjour parfait

Tout était parfait, l'attention portée par les gérants comme la chambre, avec en prime une belle vue sur le village ! Mention pour le petit déjeuner très bon. L'emplacement est également très bien, un peu à l'écart des zones touristiques et du bruit !

L’hôtel est très cosy et agréable. La déco très soignée. Et l’accueil vraiment parfait. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est de très bonne qualité. Nous avons adoré cette première étape en Colombie

Had a lovely stay and beautiful hotel

Lovely hotel with cute decor and super comfy king bed. Free breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Secure, safe, and walkable to everywhere in town.

The hotel was located next to a gas station and the motorcycles and buses were loud throughout the day. It was quieter at night and shouldn't be an issue if you don't expect to sleep in or have earplugs (which the hotel conveniently provides for free).

Excellent place to stay

Very good location near the main plaza. Well kept property and with a restaurant. Excellent breakfast and we had an espectacular pizza at night.

The service was superb. The owner made us feel like family.

El lugar es agradable pero la dueña le falta tacto para atender al cliente.

El hotel es confortable pero es costoso para lo que ofrece. La dueña del lugar, en ocasiones. se muestra contestaria y malhumorada con los húespedes, en especial cuando se le hace un reclamo.

Bien para bajo presupuesto, pero hay mejores opciones.

Es cerca de la plaza central, el personal es amable y las habitaciones son limpias. El desayuno es delicioso pero siempre es el mismo, no hay variedad.

El parqueadero no queda en el hotel. Las habitaciones tienen mala acústica, se escucha todo lo que sucede en los corredores. La habitación con balcón que da hacia la calle es la que mas tiene el problema acústico. Los dueños saben este problema desde hace mucho tiempo y no han hecho ningún tipo de mejora para solucionarlo, solo dejan tapa oídos en la habitación. Solo reciben efectivo y cobran el IVA (impuesto) del 19%, pero nunca enviaron la factura electrónica. Si no facturan, ¿por qué cobran el IVA?

Agradable, acogedor y muy bien ubicado.

Superó mis expectativas, es mucho mejor de lo que muestran las fotos, es un lugar muy agradable y acogedor, las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien distribuidas, tienen unas salas de estar muy cómodas, el personal se esmera porque los huéspedes tengan una experiencia agradable, son muy atentos, el desayuno delicioso, en cuanto a la ubicación es perfecta, a 3 cuadras de la plaza. Volvería sin dudarlo

Exceptionally friendly staff and service, beyond attentive! I received more than I could ask for. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful bedding. Daily deep cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. Perfectly hot showers. Great value for money. Fantastic restaurant on-site - and fabulous breakfast included! 500 m from main square, within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, bars, etc.

I would reconsider booking a room with balcony, simply because the hotel is located on the main road where there is traffic and people - and on weekends music and more people. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to opt for a standard room without the balcony.

Hidden gem with great hospitality

A lovely hidden gem with 5 stars hospitality services. Very attentive and accommodating host that made our stay a wonderful one. Sparkling clean inside out. Very comfortable bed. Great location. And they also make very delicious gelato(it's located short walking distance from the hotel. Look out for Santa Lucia helado shop). Thank you for having us. All the best!

Just what you need in a hurry

The hotel seems new, the beds are really confy and its very close to the center of Villa de Leyva, it has good hosts and has a restaurant downstairs.

The rooms didn't have closets or anything to put your clothes, the sinks of the shower and bathroom floor were clogged. The balcony has a good view, but is shared between 2 bedrooms (weird) and if the street is noisy you won't be able to sleep.
