Secret passageway direct to beach. Whilst none of the properties on the Marine Parade has its own car parking, covered parking is available for guests of this property for one car off Poole’s Court Road (within a 10 minute walk); the parking space measures 4.6m long, 2.6m wide and 2.23m high. Enclosed decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Main access to the property is from Broad Street down a private path starting besides the 'Galley Café'. The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues because of the uneven path from Broad Street and the steep and uneven steps down the secret passage way to the beach. This property can be booked with 2 Beach Way House Ref 1106590 (connected with an adjoining door), together sleeping 7 guests (including 1 on a sofa bed).
