Amazing get away from busy life.

The staff is very friendly, suprisingly i got a call eveyday from the staff asking me if we were happy and we needed any assistance. The breakfast was very nice and huge spread. But as an Indian we would like to be served Masala/Karak Tea which was not available nor was any coffee. Only black tea and black coffee. Other beverage were available on charge. Also, our check-in took a litttle more time so to please us they offered us complimentary dinner during our stay. That was a very sweet gesture, we appreciate it. I would to shout out to Shamika and Salah Mohammed. They took care of us. Thank you and we will visit again soon.

Amazing

Amazing Staff, amazing facilities. Everything is clean, huge buffet variety. The pool is gorgeous, and also a nice, covered pool for kids so no need to worry about the sun. Check in and check out service was smooth. It's definitely a must to book here, i would definitely come back

Nice hotel with awesome gulf view

Super staff very cooperative with nice smile, super comfortable bed, super breakfast for both quality and varieties, I liked the digital key to open my room via my mobile by downloading the hotel application, it is a super view for the gulf and the pool from room balcony, good spacious car parking and valet parking also available, super internet available everywhere on the hotel and the beach as well just you need to sign up with the Accor website then you will have super internet.

The dinner was not that much quality I expected however I can give it 6.5 to 7.0 out of 10, hotel was crowded and full of families and a lot of kids as most kids are on the summer holiday around the world, so it was a little crowded on the beach as well at the swimming pool, also for the dinner and breakfast you have to wait a little to find a table although the restaurant is big, the towel given to me on the beach (not the room) was stingy and I did not use it and I used my own one.

Great stay for few days

Family friendly staycation

The chalet with private pool was beautiful, very serene and private - was a nice escape from the hotel which was extremely crowded being the Eid holidays. Lovely sandy beach with water sports and it’s a very family inclusive hotel, the rooftop bar allows children which was always a great end to the day.

We had a few encounters with staff who seemed quite overwhelmed/inexperienced/rude at times. We understood how busy the hotel was and tried to be patient as much as possible. We found the food at the hotel buffet rather average for a 5 star hotel. I think operationally there could be improvements but otherwise the hotel has the potential to be outstanding

A pleasant time for the whole family.

Breakfast was lovely, wonderful display and selection. Lots of activities for the children and we loved the floating obstacle course as a family. We would definitely return.

It was marvelous.

The staff and the service were extraordinary. As soon as I mentioned it to them that it's my wife bday, without asking me, they arranged for a small surprise with a mini cake and fruits. It was an exceptional service.

Room size and price could have been better. TV/Entertainment unit has limited options.

Food was ok, hope there will be more variety to be offered during breakfast. I like the promptness of the staff especially during check-in and check-out as well as the housekeeping.

There were some rust when we pulled the shower head from the tub but it was cleaned right away when reported

Placed 1000aed down as a deposit and within 24 hrs they we chasing us for more money - its like they expected us to run out of the hotel and not pay - we felt insulted as we are not thieves.

Vacation away from home is priceless if we have such staff who cater to our every needs😍

Exceeded our expectations, our first time wt Movenpick & staff were friendly, approachable, offered fruit drinks upon our arrival, we were treated like princess & are warm hearted

Awesome time, good location, friendly staff, excellent food

I like the seamless and fast check in with Moustafa, the night Manager. He explained very well the amenities of the hotel. He is warm and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable and spacious. I really liked that they accommodated our request for connecting rooms with sea view. Beach and pool are awesome and clean. Nice and friendly staff. We had Brunch and dinner at Boons both are awesome, special thanks to Claire, Rahul, Thiri and Chef Alden for the exquisite service. Food was really great. Breakfast at Market offers a different/excellent variety. We had the best time. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.

Amazing Staycation

It was a lovely, ralaxing and amazing stay we had at Movenpick Al Marjan Island. We got an room upgrade with a sea view and the staff was very helpful and all facilities and amentities were amazing. Dinner and Breakfast buffet was fabulous and we enjoyed the food. It was my wife's birthday the hotel provided a small treat as well. Definitely worth for what we paid and we'll visit back again.

Friendly staff, amazing location and rooms with gorgeous views!

The hotel is beautiful, it has a a comforting spa feel. Everything was so clean and organised. The staff were friendly and helpful! Essam checked us in and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a gorgeous seaview. The breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel is great. It's so nice to walk around the island during the day and at night.
