About this apartment rental

This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes.

Stay connected with the Roku smart TV and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills.

Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

The Mark is exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for for our beach weekend getaway. Very comfortable, clean, close to the beach, and easy to access. The hosts are so hospitable and extremely communicative. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

I had the best time on the beach and this space was perfect for my 5 year old son and I. The host was very accommodating when weather troubles hit and was easy to communicate with. My only regret is not booking it for 2 nights! We can’t wait to come bacj

I can't say enough good things about this property. As soon as we walked in the door, we said "Wow! This is awesome." Honestly nicer than most of the hotels that we have stayed at. Clean, fresh, new, well kept, it has it all. There was plenty of parking and close to so many things to do. Being able to walk down to the end of the street and hit the beach made it so easy. You will not be disappointed booking here. Marcus was super communicative to make sure we had a great trip as well. A+ experience and I look forward to booking here again the next time we vacation in Galveston.

Great little unit within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaint was no coffee cups in the kitchen. Location is good, but is on the corner of busy highway. Our room was on the highway end and was a little noisy at times.

It may not look like much from the outside, but it's a gem on the inside. They have taken care to make it clean and homey with nice finishing touches. The beds were comfortable, and the location can't be beat. It's just a short walk to the beach, with no busy streets to cross. The five star rating is about the value, because we got a great deal. Driving up to it, you might think a five star rating is crazy. But trust me, the inside is great.

Great little place. Very clean, Easy access to the beach, just a short walk. I would have been nice to know that it was a drip coffee maker. My K-cups weren't ideal. I would highly recommend it and will use them again. The host Marcus, was in communication often to make sure my stay was comfortable.

Room was nice. They are still working on renovations on the property so you can hear them working until around 10 pm. Room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Our unit was totally redone, new kitchen, bath, floors etc. The Unit was spotless and well appointed. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the Inter Costal Water. Really nice linens. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a couple of people if all you need is a place to shower and sleep. The property manager was very helpful, the unit was clean, easily beach accessible and a short walk to a few restaurants.

It was my first time staying in Surfside and it was perfect. Quiet and tranquil just me and my dogs. It was overcast and breezy but what you would expect for October. I will be going again soon and want the same room!

Couldn't of asked for a cleaner, more comfortable stay for the price, it's a great place to stay with east access to the beach. Be mindful if you have a larger truck the parking can be very very tight depending on number of visitors.

I wanted a place that was quiet, close to the beach but not beachfront pricing, clean but not a hotel with the hassle of no privacy and people in and out everyday. This place was perfect!! The bathroom tub and drain could use a little help but that kind of thing doesn’t bother me. Overall 10/10 and I will be back in a month or so!
