About this house rental

Clean, comfortable Willow 1 is the perfect resort condo for a couple, small family, or small group of friends. The condo is on the lower level and is centrally located to many resort amenities, Timberlake's Restaurant and Headwater's Pub. All the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Blowing Rock are within a couple of minute's drive. And Appalachian Ski Mountain and Tweetsie are only 10 minutes away by vehicle! Whether you are coming for a ski vacation, an App State game, or Christmas shopping in Blowing Rock, you are sure to have a wonderful stay.

The newly updated living room has rich walnut manufactured vinyl flooring, new smart Tv's with cable, and a new comfortable queen sleeper sofa and love seat. To the side of the living room is a workspace, with WiFi and small desk for doing homework or conducting remote business.

Off of the living room is a deck with patio table and chairs and a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. You will love having this covered outdoor space where you can enjoy the landscaped grounds of Chetola with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage.

The King Master bedroom has a full size dresser, bedside tables, King bed, closet, large flat screen TV, window seat and en suite bath. The bath has a jetted tub and a step in shower, vanity, and plenty of fluffy towels for your stay.

The second bedroom is also a King bedroom, with dresser and end tables, and a hallway bath with a nicely tiled combination tub/shower, tiled floor and full size stacked washer and dryer.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinets that are fully stocked with cookware, flatware, glassware, and utensils. The refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave and range hood are stainless. The refrigerator is new. There is a new drip coffee maker. And there is plenty of counterspace for cooking a full meal.

Willow 1 is a lower unit with several stairs to descend to enter.

Willow 1 is close to Bass Lake, Price Lake, the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, fishing, Tweetsie Amusement Park, and so much more! Come to Blowing Rock and make some memories at Willow 1!

Nice condo has all the spaces you for a family or couples having a nice getaway. Resort is pleasant and staff is friendly. Easy short drive to all the shops in Blowing Rock. Would stay again!

We love Chetola and the Willow 1 condo was great. This two bedroom property was very nice and had updated flooring, couches, beds, and one bathroom. Wonderful location and the Summer weather was very nice!

The set of keys that was inside of the property or very difficult to use. It looked like they were new to Keys and they may not have been tested very well. Also, the way the key box is hung on the door knob. It’s very difficult to operate the door knob. Everything else was great. We really enjoyed it. Just wanted to pass this on.

Everything was so nice and it’s a super location! Our only suggestions: it would’ve been nice to have even a little shampoo the first night. The front door keys were challenging at times, but we always got in. We would highly recommend this condo

The property is located close to Blowing Rock and Blueridge Parkway access. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and offered a pleasant view of the tranquil the Chetola Resort . Close to Boone. Great dining in the area including the Chetola Resort restaurant.

It was advertised as a pet free condo and on our second day of our stay i had to vacuum because of so much dog hair on the couches and floors and outside deck. Other than that our stay was nice

Condo was very nice , we love Chetola lake resort !! Our 2nd time staying on the property .. the only issue with condo was the lock on the front door was ridiculous!!! We were locked out twice .. they did show up within 30 minutes to unlock and said it had to be fixed . Overall it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay ..

We loved the interior of this condo Willow 1 but it very difficult to get in and out as the door was constantly jammed and required two of us to open and close it. In addition the bushes have overgrown the stair railing making it difficult to go down the stairs and other bushes also partially block the porches view of the lake and property.

We took our two grandchildren on a short vacation and this property was perfect in many ways. It was super comfortable and just the right size. We were the perfect distance from Tweetsie and and other locations we visited. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and playground every day.

We LOVED staying at this clean, spacious, well equipped condo located in Chetola Resort. The condo has it all (2BR/2BR, laundry, well stocked kitchen) is updated, and very comfortable (comfy couches and beds). We found the accommodations to be clean, thoughtfully furnished and very inviting. We walked daily to the beautiful downtown Blowing Rock. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops, trails, Bass Lake, The Cone Mansion, quick access to highway and Blue Ridge Parkway and many other great spots all within easy reach. Hosts proactively provided all the information we needed to plan for our stay. We’ll be back (already looking at dates)!
