About this house rental
Heartswood Home is a stylish, modern, refurbished home close to Doncaster City Centre and is the ideal place to stay for long-term trips, comfortably sleeping 6 guests, with two additional sofa beds. There is everything you could need whilst away from home, with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and a large dining table which also converts into table tennis and pool table. Located on a quiet, residential street, with an enclosed back garden and a double driveway for two vehicles.

Ground Floor:
A modern, newly built home, which has been fully kitted out. As you enter Heartswood Home, there is a spacious downstairs toilet consisting of a toilet and wash hand basin.
Open Plan Kitchen, Living Area
As you enter through the internal hallway, you’ll be greeted with a very roomy open-plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Area, perfect for cosy evenings. The Kitchen is at the front of the home and is fully stocked with cooking equipment, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven with a hob.
The large dining table, which seats eight guests, can easily be turned into a tennis table and a pool table underneath! An excellent addition for a fun night in or to keep the children entertained during the day.
In the lounge area, two comfortable couches can be folded back into sofa beds, a 50-inch smart TV which comes with Netflix and Disney +, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and a designated workspace for anyone needing to work from home.
The house is wheelchair friendly on the ground floor. There are no steps to the entrance, kitchen, sofa bed/living room or the half bathroom. Unfortunately, you do need to climb the stairs to reach the main bedrooms and shower facilities.
First Floor:
Master Bedroom with En-Suite
The Main Bedroom is located at the rear of the property, with patio doors leading onto a Juliet balcony. The Main Bedroom has flexible sleeping arrangements, therefore the beds can be made into a super king-sized bed or two singles. A spacious sliding door wardrobe and an en-suite shower room consisting of a toilet, wash hand basin and single shower cubicle.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom at the front of the home can also have flexible sleeping arrangements and hanging and storage space for your clothing.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds and is at the rear of the property. It, too, also has hanging and storage space for your clothing.
Family Bathroom
The modern family bathroom is shared with the second and third bedrooms and is at the front of the house. The bathroom has plenty of room and features a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead.
Outdoor:
The enclosed rear garden is mainly Astro-turfed for low maintenance and has patio furniture to enjoy an evening in the garden.
Rules:
Parties are not allowed in the house, you will not be permitted to stay if noise levels are too high to disturb neighbours, we have a decibel monitoring device within the house.
If you are bringing your dog, please ensure they are off the furniture. If they must go on sofas, ensure that a blanket/throw is put on the sofa to ensure muddy paws don’t mark the sofa. Please notify us if you’re bringing any pets.
Parking:
A double driveway at the front of the home has space for two vehicles. Any additional parking can be found on the residential street.
Additional information:
Please let us know beforehand how you would like to have the beds set up. The main bedroom and second bedroom can either be one king-sized bed or two singles.
We have a travel cot and highchair on site, please contact us before your trip to arrange the setup.
