About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home!
After a day at the beach, park, ski hills, golf course, work or just sightseeing, there's nothing better than to sink into the comfy chairs or bed and unwind.
This bright lower unit is entirely private and as a legal duplex, has its own entrance.
Self check in is available beginning at 4pm via code or app.
We’re firm believers in comfort and ecofriendliness - from the brand new memory foam mattresses and individual chairs, to the Brita pitcher and coffee maker, we want our place to have all of the creature comforts of home while being impeccably clean!
Amenities include:
2 queen beds comfortably sleeps up to 4.
Central air conditioning, and a floor fan in the living room.
Luggage rack.

MacMorrison Park is over 6.5 acres and includes a jungle gym, horseshoes and a baseball diamond just at the end of the street (
There is free onsite & street parking. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and Uber/Lyft are available. You can also walk to downtown - it's about ~25 minutes (7 min by car). ~35 min walk/8min car drive to Centennial Beach.
There is free parking along Bayfield at the malls and shop/restaurant lots (~3 min drive).
Parking downtown and at the beach is charged either via meter or kiosk - check the signage, there are resident restricted lots as well!
Other things to note:
There is partial backyard access. While there will be no construction or work performed during your stay, there is some yardwork that is underway (pool fill in). Due to Covid there have been delays in completing the work. As such, the fenced off backyard area is completely off limits. There is still an accessible yard as well as a concrete sitting area with a table and chairs. At the end of the street, there is also MacMorrison Park less than a minute walk away that is over 6.5 acres and includes a jungle gym, horseshoes and a baseball diamond to catch a game.
As there may be tenants in the upper unit, no parties of any kind and no guests will be tolerated. Due to severe allergies, no pets are allowed. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee for pets and/or smoking in the unit. There is a $100 fee/day for each guest not included in the booking.
There are cameras along the perimeter of the property.
