Summary:
We are delighted to invite you to stay in our incredible brand new purpose-built apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom has double beds and a modern bathroom. Located in the vibrant and charming village of Hoole where you will find independent boutiques, bakeries and grocery stores offering local products are a few minutes stroll away. Chester Christmas Market, Countess Chester Hospital, Chester Zoo and the Racecourse are short 5-8 mins. drive away. Just walking distance to the city centre.

The Space:
The Ermine Road Apartment 1 is located on the first floor. A comfortable living space with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area is the perfect apartment to eat, drink and laugh together. You can enjoy the comfy sofa and smart tv on the lounge to watch your favourite Netflix movie.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a secured building. All Noki Stays Property homes and apartments receive enhanced cleaning to our new COVID-19 safe standards and all have fixed sanitising stations for your safety. This brand new apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, and even a Nespresso machine and coffee percolator for our coffee lover guests.

We have 3 other apartments in the same building. It is located in the eclectic suburb of Hoole, Chester which has a great range of independent shops and eateries and some are just a few steps across the property.

Guest Access:
There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access once the online check-in process has been completed and 24 hours before check-in.

We have a first come first serve - free on-street parking in the locality. However, we can’t guarantee a spot as an alternative the Brook Street Car Park is just located 2-3 minutes short walk from our property. Please get in touch directly, for any queries during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
A village with real community and a fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district that has won a number of awards, Hoole should be a must-visit on your trip to Chester.

This amazing apartment is located in the eclectic suburb of Hoole which has a great range of independent shops and eateries like the Hoole Fish Bar or Golden Pizza just a few steps across the property. Not only this but you are just a short walk away from our Roman City with its unique shopping rows and famously diverse range of restaurants. The world-famous Chester Zoo is also a short drive just on the outskirts of Hoole too. If you're looking to kick back and relax there are walks along the canal as well. People travel all over the world for the tourist attractions, Christmas festivities and great food Chester has to offer. There is one thing for sure you are guaranteed to have a fantastic stay in our perfectly built apartment.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on Hoole Bridge Shops and round the corner, on Lightfoot Street which together cover most areas of Chester. We also have taxi services that we can recommend like the Abbey Taxis, it is a good local company in Chester.

Please note that our Guest Services Team will be available from 8 AM till 10 PM every Monday to Sunday. Any special requests (bed configuration, travel cot, high chair set up), it has to be requested at least 3 days before your check-in date and are subject to availability. For additional guests, early check-in, late check-out requests, additional charges may apply and are subject to availability too.

We will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules and guest verification process 7 days before your arrival. You will get an email for our access information which has our parking, access and every detail you may need for your stay 24 hours before your stay. You can contact our Guest Services Hotline for any emergencies and queries during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on-site, so we can’t store luggage in advance of your check-in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can’t hold tickets to football games/theatre

Any special requests (bed configuration e.g. king beds to two single beds, sofa bed set up, travel cot, high chair set up) have to be requested at least 48-72 hours before your check-in date and are subject to availability. We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. We know Chester and the area well as have family from the area so always enjoy coming back. The property was located well and a great set up for myself and my sister. Plenty of room and practical. The only slight issue was the parking because although there is lots about it gets full very quickly and works on a 6pm - 8am system otherwise it’s only 30 mins. When we are up for a relaxing break so don’t want to have to be up and out was a bit of a pain. We did manage to find a car park 5/10 minute walk but did have to pay

The property looks nice but is not built very well. Cons : The noise between floors from the 3 flats is quite bad. One bedroom is over the living room of another flat so you can hear the occupants chatting quite loudly which didn’t help at bedtime. The living room is over another flat and the music being played was clearly audible and interfered with watching the television. The flat is next door to a late night convenience store which has aircon units switching on and off 24/7. When we arrived the flat had not been cleaned properly. A compromise was eventually reached with the host company but was time consuming and spoiled the visit. Also you will need to park round the corner if you don’t want to risk getting a parking fine. Pro’s : Plenty of towels and free Netflix. Easy walk into town
