We stayed here in early August when it was hot and humid. There isn’t any central air conditioning at this property and we didn’t know this. We wouldn’t stay here again. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice and updated.

We had 3 generations in our group and this house was great. The air hockey table was popular with all age groups.

Had a great stay overall, however had a couple snags. House was extremely hot when we arrived and I tried messaging the host but got no response, called the customer support line to find out the house didn’t have A/C, only fans. Then we were in a large van due to our large party which was not easy to navigate in/out of the property. Neighbors parked a car that almost blocked us in and we were unable to reach them to move (not our hosts fault) Rooms were spacious and clean. Should be noted that there are stairs and not very handicap accessible.

First and foremost, I do have to compliment the cleanliness and stocking of the home. Pretty much everything we needed was there which is incredible. I do have to mention, we had to purchase toilet paper because the provided one was so awful.
Next, I have to say we are from the south where air conditioners are a necessity. We have never come across a home that did not have one, so it did not even cross our mind to confirm the home had AC. Since this home did not have one, it was so warm no one slept comfortably and it was overall unpleasant even with windows open and fans blowing.
Next, the backyard was so overgrown we had children that couldn’t play outside. That wasn’t a huge deal, but would have liked a cleared backyard.
Lastly, 11 out of the 12 people were woken up at 3am from either 2 gunshots or 2 random fireworks right outside. We are obviously hoping it was fireworks, but strange given the amount and timing.
We do very much appreciate how clean and stocked the home was, but overall it is one of the worst VRBOs we have stayed in.

This is the time of year we look forward to spending time with our adult children & their spouses. We chose this house for the game room, amount of seating in the dining room & the fireplace. Upon arrival we learned the game room electricity was not working, we could not use the fireplace & a dining room chair was missing (later found broken in the garage). Property manager did get the electricity fixed the next day. Unsure why they posted pictures with the fireplace burning when you cannot even use it. While we were out sightseeing a text arrived basically saying they looked for other accommodations for us or that we may have to find other accommodations ourselves & did I mention this was Memorial Day weekend!? Turns out the electrician was under the house & encountered plumbing issues. They said we could stay, but could not use the downstair toilets or shower. The next morning a plumber arrived said we should not be using any toilet or shower in the entire house. Unable to shower or use the bathroom we wasted half our day waiting on the plumber to fix the problem. This delayed our plans due to their sump pump float improperly installed & the power connection not powerful enough causing fuse box to trip (game room maybe?). We were not as even offered compensation for inconveniencing us. We would not recommend this home. I did not plan on texting with mgt 9 times on this family trip dealing with issues with this house.

The inside of the house was clean and convenient. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. But the backyard did not resemble the photo as listed because it needed to be cut and a little care given. So was not useable for the dog. The decks and stairs were dirty, needed a good wash. Parking was very tight, we did put 1 car in the garage which was a nice option. There is space for 2 more cars in front of the house but the driveway area is shared with many others that probably live there full time and was a challenge to get in and out sometimes. Once we got into the house it was fine. A good door lock system.

Very nice. Would rent again!

This property was perfect for our stay, and we really enjoyed our family time together. We had read other reviews that talked about the parking. However, we did not find that being an issue and we parked in the garage.

I cannot express enough how incredible our stay at this vacation home in Seattle was. It was an extraordinary setting for a very special occasion, as I celebrated my third year of beating breast cancer with a girls' weekend in this beautiful 5-bedroom home. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with an ambiance of pure luxury and comfort.
The spaciousness of the house was a lifesaver for our group of 12, as it meant we could all enjoy our own personal space without feeling crowded. Hosting a "pretty in pink" slumber party couldn't have been more delightful, and this house was the perfect venue. The island in the kitchen became the centerpiece for all our delicious appetizers, and the large kitchen itself provided ample room for everyone to move around without any accidental collisions.
The bedrooms were comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after all our festivities. The game room was a huge hit, providing endless entertainment and laughter for my wonderful guests.
I wholeheartedly recommend booking this house if you're looking for a home away from home in Seattle. It's a haven of beauty, comfort, and relaxation, and it played a pivotal role in making our celebration truly unforgettable. Our heartfelt thanks to the hosts for providing such a magnificent space for our special weekend. We'll cherish these memories forever!

Wonderful!! House is amazing, clean, well suited for kids. Highly recommend!

The stay with family was great, The house however could use a little update for a large family. More seating in the entertainment room as well as the living room. More large pots and bowls in the kitchen. There is tons to do in Seattle you just need to explore. Overall it was a good stay but we did have to supplement the cookware with disposable from the local Safeway.

This property was great for our extended family with the bunk beds, many bedrooms and the extra room with game tables was so special for the kids!

Property was lovely and well equipped. We were 7 adults ranging from 20-65. Everyone had enough space to do their own thing, including remote work, and come together. We were even able to thrown an impromptu breakfast for other out of town family. Location was close to family who live in Rainier Beach and to downtown Seattle. Hosts were communicative, responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks VRBO!

This home was a perfect fit for our two families enjoying a few days in Seattle. The listing was accurate--nicely furnished and decorated, super clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (shared driveway is narrow, but manageable). It is within walking distance to beautiful Kubota Gardens, which was well worth the visit. A huge plus was the ability to park two cars in the garage. We had what we needed in the kitchen to cook a large dinner for everyone. The dining table was great--large & sturdy and seated 10. It was perfect for meals and playing games. Our host, Joanne, was wonderful to work with. She was super responsive and communicated well. We accidentally left an item at the house and she kept us informed on the return--it was returned safely. This home had ample space for people to gather in different areas for different activities (kids enjoyed the downstairs space while the adults visited in the upstairs living room). We'd rent this home again!
