They have thought of everything! They had everything that our extended family ages 1-67 could need. Communication was quick and helpful. Home was beautiful, spacious and clean. We would stay again!

Family reunion. Our immediate family stayed here and everyone came to our condo for the common area. Really nice place and great view of the lake with a great deck.

We love going to Okoboji every summer. This place had it all for our larger family to stay together in one place. It was a great location and the pool was extremely convenient for the kids. We made all our meals on the grill or in the nice sized kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very accommodating to some unique nees we had. The location truly cannot be beat. We would return to this property again. The property was also very spacious for our three families.

This condo was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It never felt crowded, and having 2.5 bathrooms is so important! Timely/clear communication from the owner. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with most essentials and plenty of silver service (which is often lacking in many condos). One suggestion might be to provide a larger stainless steel stockpot for chili and soups? The only other suggestion is to have the deck cleaned and ready prior to guest arrival. We spent some time sweeping and cleaning cushions, etc. but not a dealbreaker at all! We look forward to another vacation there! Thank you!

This is a 5+ star property. The condo is new and in a quiet location with beautiful lake views. Our grandchildren loved the water park on the property as well as the quick drive to Arnold’s park. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Our entire family agreed it made for a perfect vacation. We won’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and we plan to make many return visits.

We stayed 5 nights at this rental, with 7 adults and 3 kids (4, 2, 1.5yrs). Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and space for a 5 bedroom condo. It was equipped with plenty of bath towels, washing detergent, kitchen utensils (kids plates and silverware too!), dishwashing pods etc. We just basically had to bring food. The washing machine breaker tripped the first day we were there (unbeknownst to us) and the owner called me to let me know and they would get an electrician out there asap. The next day the electrician came and problem fixed. Great communication. The resort itself was perfect for little kids, the outdoor pool/water park was great and even better that they had a swim up bar. Inside water park had colder water so we stayed outside. Easy to get to Arnold’s park and any boat rental shops. I would recommend this rental as the ease of it was just what we were looking for.
