This is a really lovely house, clean, well-landscaped, and easy to get to. Close to conveniences and GSMNP. Our group of old college friends (25 years ago!) enjoyed our stay. A few useful notes: There is no food storage (Tupperware, aluminum foil, etc) so if you’re going to use the kitchen, you’ll need to bring your own. We left our foil and bags! The house is also very close to a busy road - we heard a lot of loud motorcycle traffic and middle of night sirens. Finally, bears are real! We had one on the back porch one morning (we were all inside and quiet….but there may have been some bacon smells coming from our breakfast). We thought it was cool since we were safe, but again, good to know. No big complaints- we’re grateful for our weekend at this home!

Our stay was amazing. The cabin was the cleanest I've ever stayed at in the Smokies. Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. We were there for my daughter's soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports World. The cabin was only 6 minutes away. The cabin doesn't have a view and is close to the road but inside the cabin you couldn't hear the traffic. There's all kinds of small shops, coffee shops & restaurants in the Arts & Craft district. I will say the addition of the large chess set under the gazebo versus the picnic table as shown was a great surprise and made the perfect place for my son to propose. Kitchen is well-stocked but no crockpot and make sure to bring extra paper towels and kitchen towels. Also bring your town towels for the hot tub or you will run out of towels. You won't regret staying here!

Justin was a great host and a gracious property owner. He was very understanding of all of our situations and worked with us to get things taken care of. The property was amazing and perfect for our outing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else with family and friends.

Yearly vacation brings us to the Smoky Mountains. Enjoyed the lodge and all that it had to offer. The communication to the host, Justin, and the quick response was great. I have worked in hospitality for many years and ran corporations and I found a business owner that cares about his guests on a higher level than most over the years of traveling. Thank you, Justin, for the great service. My family and grandkids had a great time with all that the cabin had to offer with the game machines. It gave me a chance to work on a book that I am currently writing. Love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere the lodge provided. The grandkids got to see a bear on the complex as he walks on through. In the evenings the hot tub was good, and the bonfire created an atmosphere that we love doing back home. We would come back here on our next visit in a few years. So much to do in this area and 6 days is not enough.

Cannot say enough about the property and the hosts. Absolutely top notch.
The location is fantastic. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go.
The home is exquisite. It was immaculate upon our arrival. As nice as the photos are, it is actually nicer in person. The hosts were frequently in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. What more can you ask ? Highly recommend. I can’t imagine a nicer place could be found.
3.0 / 5.0
Amazing location, it right in the nature surrounded with trees. Host was responsive all the time.
Now the issues:
We had some issues to adjust the A/C and had to ask the host to adjust it for us since it was set up remote, and only host could adjust from cool to worm or vise versa.
So AC is not under your control.
Description:
it says 4 bedroom, well its not relly 4, 3BR and 1 loft. So if you have a family coming and all need privacy you only have 3 BR.
The other family had last hour plans chnaged and couldn't make it, otherwise it would not be a pleasant stay.
Cleanness:
the house is overall not bad its clean, but dust everywhere, in the main bedroom the plastic flowers have thick layers of dust on them.
When you walk on the patio nowehere to seat because of dust, and tou need to clean them off.
Half of the gaming devices were not functional, i know we did not come to play games, but when there are gaming devices they should be functional.
I would not come back.

Property and cabin had lots of room and plenty of games to keep everyone busy. We had a blast cooking, playing cornhole and enjoying our getaway. Very close to all Gatlinburg has to offer and host was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a lovely weekend for my sister’s bridal getaway. The cabin was wonderful and the beds were so comfy. I loved having a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning! We only wish we had a few more days! Thank you Justin and Kari for being so communicative and helpful!!

Wonderful cabin , next to Gatlinburg ! The owner of the property was in constant touch and has setup so many games in the cabin for all age groups!
My family enjoyed and had a great time .
I requested for a late check out for an hour but was turned down , is the only turn off I had during the stay, and was told it’s a 250$ for an hour of late check out but other than that we enjoyed the stay throughly , well kept cabin .

We had a wonderful stay at this fun-filled cabin. As we were there for Easter with our little children, we utilized the well-manicured grounds for a little Easter egg hunt. The kids loved all of the games scattered throughout the home. The air hockey table was not working, but everything else worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the well cleaned hot tub. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our trip so much! Our favorite part was the cabin! We would get out and about, but be most excited about returning to the cabin the most! It had everything we couple possibly need and more. Very accommodating! We are so excited to come back!

The cabin was all that we wished for and more. We loved it! It was super clean and had enough space for our large family to enjoy quality family and alone time during our visit. The porch rocking chairs were very comfortable and provided a relaxing experience on the large covered porch. The host was very responsive with an issue that was conveniently resolved. We look forward to visiting again.

Our 8th graders chose to raise money for a trip. As a chaperone, I enjoyed this stay so much! We all were comfortable, there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy and everything we wanted to do was a quick drive. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Cabin was great. Lots of things for 3 grandchildren to do inside and out.
Road noise was annoying at times. Also getting out onto Glades Road was terrifying!
All in all, our visit was great!

A perfect gorgeous cabin tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of gatlinburg, but close enough it’s not a bad drive into town!
The pictures don’t do the cabin justice! It’s a gorgeous cabin with plenty or rooms and games for everyone! We enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer!
It was super clean and had everything and more you could ask for!

Perfect getaway location for our friend group. This home was very clean and comfortable and is exactly as described. Lots of games to stay entertained but also a quite and peaceful location. Close enough to town to pick up a few extras if needed yet tucked away enough for total relaxation. Highly recommend!
4.0 / 5.0
The property is beautiful, spacious and was ideal for celebrating my daughter’s 23rd birthday. The cabin is conveniently located near stores and downtown Gatlinburg. Justin, our host, was super responsive. Though the place is beautiful and fairly well maintained, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There was dirt and dust underneath the beds and behind curtains and in window sills, etc.
5.0 / 5.0
The house is exactly what you see online. Everything was clean, management was always responsive, and they have everything you could possible need for your family and trip. We loved it so much we cant wait to come back!

This property was PERFECT! It had everything we were looking for in a beautiful setting yet still close to downtown Gatlinburg! It was nestled in the Arts and Crafts community which was very quaint.
The host was amazing and so quick to respond to any of my questions!
Overall the home/cabin and its amenities were perfect for our family and we WILL be back!
4.0 / 5.0
We enjoyed our stay at this super fun cabin. All the amenities were as described and we loved playing games and utilizing the hot tub. It is so close to everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, which we liked.
We were not prepared to be right above a very noisy road. We weren’t able to enjoy the peace of the mountains from the amazing decks due to the road noise. The floors and windows could use a good cleaning and the downstairs king bed is pretty squeaky.
Overall, this is a lovely cabin in Gatlinburg. The hosts were awesome and we would recommend it to others.
5.0 / 5.0
This cabin was amazing!!! Just like the description but better in real life!! Space was great for my 5 kids and my husband and I. Just far away from everything to be in the mountains but still close to go shopping. Fully stocked cabin with towels and blankets like a 5 star hotel!! Already planning to come back for next year!!
5.0 / 5.0
Very pretty and spacious. It’s close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, making your drive 20-25 minutes at most. Close to many hikes. Family friendly, the games were great for the kids and everyone. It is close to a main road, but if you don’t want to drive a lot of sharp curves in the mountains, this is perfect. Lots of privacy given by trees and greenery. Hosts were great and responded quickly.
5.0 / 5.0
We loved this property! We were thrilled to see that it was as advertised, & even better than pictured! Very clean, with everything you need. Loved the hot tub & the variety of games. Felt like home away from home, & we were sad our vacation came to an end. Great location! We can’t wait to come back. Owners were very organized with local guidebook, advice, & great communication.
5.0 / 5.0
We loved this cabin! We came for a girls’ trip and I brought my one year old daughter. The cabin was extremely clean. There are two sets of stairs, so for anyone bringing small kids, bring a baby gate or two! We had a great time and the host was easily accessible through our trip.
5.0 / 5.0
The property was perfect for my family of six giving them things to do when there was down time (pool table, arcade games, hot tub, corn hole, etc.). The property was tidy, clean and ready to go and gave us all necessary utensils to plan meals so we could cook, grill at the cabin without having to eat out every night. The cabin is outside the main hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg which is lovely, but is close enough to get to activities quickly. It is a wonderful cabin in a wonderful location for a get away for someone looking for peace and quiet or someone that is looking to be right in the thick of things or a wonderful combination of the two. I would highly recommend this location.

Our group had such a good time. The location was perfect for an easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The house was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was a huge hit!!! Loved that there was always something to occupy our time…..pool table, arcade games, fire pit, and cornhole!!! Definitely would love to stay again!! And the hosts were very helpful with making our stay amazing!!

Everything was just perfect literally… The place was just amazing words from my fiancé… We just loved it Will definitely be back
4.0 / 5.0
Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The cabin was well appointed, comfortable, in a convenient location and there was plenty of room for our group of four adults and five children to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the kids loved their bunk room, the large kitchen dining table was perfect for our group size, the porch rocking chairs were a nice touch and the fire pit and outdoor lights were fun. The best part of the cabin, however, were all the games! Our kids were NEVER bored and rarely did anything BUT play games when we were there. The primary reasons we could not give this cabin a five star review were because of cleanliness and issues with the hot tub:
1) We arrived at 4PM on the dot. The cleaning crew was still working. We patiently waited in our cars so that they could finish, but they clearly felt pressured to hurry and go. It was obvious when we went inside that the floors had not been cleaned, there were random towels tossed inside the bathroom cabinets that we assume were not clean, etc. We later learned the snafu with the cleaning crew was due to the people staying in the cabin prior to our arrival did not leave on time causing back-log with the cleaners.
2. Once we were settled we discovered the hot tub was ice cold--much to the crushing disappointment of our kids! We unsuccessfully attempted to trouble shoot the issue on our own before reporting it to the property manager in the late afternoon/evening. Justin responded very quickly and managed our expectations by not making any promises for repair that evening, so we were surprised and VERY appreciative when the owner of the property himself showed up and fixed the problem that evening (the cleaning crew had shut it off by mistake). He even left us some firewood for the firepit before leaving, which was very kind. While we did not have use of the hot tub the first night, it worked fine the rest of the trip.
The owner and property manager were both very nice and very apologetic about the issues we experienced, but we were a bit disappointed nothing more was done to make the inconvenience of delayed use of the hot tub and having to finish cleaning in in the cabin right. The initial disappointment, however did not detract from our trip, we still had a wonderful time in the cabin!

Secluded, private, clean, amazing property. The host was phenomenal in communications before, during, and after the stay. Can’t wait to go back and spend another week.

We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of things to do at the cabin to do.
