Great location - Very poor cleanliness

The location was exceptional, everything was in walking distance.

The cleanliness was unacceptable, I spent the first day of my holiday with cleaning.. I found a lot of hair on the bathroom tiles and in the drawers. There were meters of dust and breadcrumbs on all surfaces. Also the curtains and the toilet was not cleaned properly...The neighbours regularly cook fried food which will result in a really bad smell in the corridors and the bed linen. The size of the double bed can barely accommodate one person. This accommodation is not suitable for long-term stays unfortunately.

You get what you pay for

Location is good and there’s a lovely beach less than 300 yards. Lots of towels provided which I seen were changed at every room clean. Toilet roll, kitchen roll,hand wash and shower gel provided if required.

Check in so late and Everyone who is checking in is told to arrive at 5:30 You wait outside whilst each booking is taken into the building one at a time. I did wonder if there were enough vacant rooms for those checking in. Cleaning could be better as my bathroom fittings were dirty and dusty. Also I’m not sure if the top covering of bedding is changed daily as it smelled as did pillows.

La habitación está muy, con todo lo necesario para descansar una noche, volveré a alojarme allí.

Lo que se puede mejorar es que la cama hacía ruido y poner una botellita de agua estaría bien.

It is not possible to speak English when talking to the owner on the phone. It scared me a little.

quite clean inside. and lots of towels. and soap and shampoo.

Room facing the street entrance. The street is very noisy and you can hear everything inside because the windows are single-pane, and they don't close well... There is also a bar next to the hotel where local people sit until 3 am and make noise. No air conditioning inside. I do not recommend during the holiday season. There is no reception at the hotel. had to wait an hour for the employee/owner to arrive. Even though the time of arrival was pre-arranged. also from the corridor you can hear everything inside, no soundproofing in the corridor. there's not even a stupid carpet that can cancel out a lot of unwanted noise.

Great Central location, clean and comfy.

Comfy, clean, couldn't beat the location as its right in the middle of town, beach less than 2 minutes away. Host was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and recommended local restaurants for me.

The check in procedure is abit clunky as there's no reception but wasn't an issue as the host came outside when I called.

Location. The accommodation was close to everything. Beach, shopping, cafes, restaurants.

Annoying check-in but at least clean..

It was clean comfortable and located in a good location, close to nice beach and restaurant and bars. Cheap and comfy, worth it for couple of nights but not for just one.

We knew the check-in was 17.30 but there was no flexibility for even leaving the backpacks there, no reception or anyone to talk to, weak communication and only in Spanish, no answer to messages on booking cause you have to call them on Spanish number.

Location,size,close to beach,supermarkets.Clean,good value for the money:)

The staff don’t respond to messages, with check in 17.30 you are waiting on the street 30 minutes or more if you are unlucky.

Owner was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and very good for this price. It was a pleasant stay. I recommend if anyone is staying in puerto del Rosario. It even had shampoo and body gel which was a nice surprise. Wi-Fi was working well.
