Location
This home is in a neighborhood within a 7 minute walk to Walla Walla University Campus. Downtown Walla Walla & Whitman College Campus are both only 3 miles away. The home is also a close drive to many wonderful wineries and golf courses.
Our home is adjacent to a city utility yard, which may result in some occasional noise from equipment during weekday working hours. However, this does not typically interfere with a restful night's sleep. We understand that new sleeping environments may have noises that you’re not accustomed to or sleeping in closer proximity to a snoring friend/relative might be a bummer that hadn’t been anticipated. In any case, we provide a white noise device in each bedroom for those who are lighter sleepers or those who may have forgotten their own white noise device at home. Additionally, there is a box fan that’s available for those who need that next level of white noise creation.
Note: If you're planning on getting Uber, Lyft, or a taxi on a Sat. evening, please plan ahead as this is a smaller community than what you might be used to.
Other things to note:
Pet dogs are welcome with a $66 flat fee per stay (3 dogs max.). Please don't leave dogs unattended while visiting. Sorry, no cats :-(
No parties or events of any kind. Noise levels are monitored by Minut.

This was the fourth annual golf & wine tasting trip the four of us have been on. We really enjoyed the house and its central location! 7-9 minutes to golf course and all the wineries we wanted to try. I couldn't imagine any amenity that was not offered- owner has thought of everything! Backyard was a early morning joy (too hot to sit out in the afternoon) for coffee and conversation. We will come back again!

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Very well equipped and owner has anticipated any needs. The little things like having coffee and filters already there, wine and cheese in the fridge, plenty of spices for cooking, extra paper towels, dog bed and blankets and a sweet gift of lavender soap and sachet! Big and beautiful backyard with bbq, games, fire pit and cafe lighting was perfect for our family and friends to spend time together. It was a memorable weekend!

We loved everything about this cute home! Firstly it has been recently remodeled, was pristine and had a great functional layout. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host, Hanns, has added so many thoughtful touches throughout the house from plenty of charging ports everywhere, comprehensively stocked kitchen, and we really appreciated the welcome gifts and stocked coffee bar! The back yard is exceptional, beautiful lawn and landscaping and lovely outdoor furniture to sit and relax after a day exploring.
Hanns was a delightful host to communicate with, he really seemed to care that we were enjoying our stay.
Hands down the nicest rental we’ve stayed at over the years. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to next time we’re in Walla Walla!

This cute home is extremely well appointed for a stay in Walla Walla. It’s impeccably clean, the beds are comfy as advertised, it’s stocked with everything you need (and then some!), and communication from the property manager was excellent. We very much appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar and gift packet from the local lavender farm. Everything within the host’s control was 5-stars. The drawback is location…the neighborhood isn’t great, and descriptions don’t mention that the beautiful backyard shares a fence with the ginormous water tower for the city of College Place. It’s surrounded by a working utility yard, and heavy equipment (bulldozers, forklifts, trucks) started at 7:00 am and continued throughout the day… lots of beeping and rumbling, and quite loud. Fortunately we were out much of each day, but it’s something for folks to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise.

Wonderful home with a beautiful backyard. We enjoyed our time inside and out and the home was stocked with every pan, dish, towel, pillow or blanket we needed. Sitting by the fire pit with a good cup of joe to start the day...heaven.

Hanns and his property was the perfect getaway for our family! The location was perfect close to town but quiet. We loved the backyard! The fire pit was a highlight of our trip! We were able to hangout and make wonderful memories!
The beds were absolutely amazing!

This was one of the best rentals we've had in several years. The host is extremely responsive to questions and suggestions, and makes sure you have everything needed and more. The house is very well maintained and nicely decorated throughout. Excellent!

The house was in an amazing location, very centrally located to downtown, grocery stores, and many wineries within a 10-15 minute radius. The house was clean and immaculate and had all the necessary cookware and amenities needed. Great backyard for dogs to run around and play plus fun games to play both inside and outside. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

With 12 and 14 year old girls, it's not easy doing anything they enjoy. However, with a big outdoor space for the doggo, their own rooms, and an open layout my wife and I heard zero complaints.
I visit WW annually, so this was a bit outside of town. However, I don't mind driving a few minutes to get to where I want to go when I know I get to return to this house when the day is done! By far, the best vrbo we have stayed in.

Love this College Place house in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Walla Walla University. The charming house is completely remodeled with a fresh modern design and feels brand new. Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully well-stocked with everything needed. Beds and living room couch are super comfy. Beautiful kitchen. Even the laundry room is pretty. The layout with 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our group of four adults. One level, one-step entry was ideal for 80+ year old with mobility challenges. Sadly, too cold to enjoy lovely patio and large fenced back yard on this trip. Excellent host communication before, during and after stay. Highly recommend this rental house and host.

House was very clean, fenced backyard was GREAT, but most of all the hosts were very accommodating... Our dogs loved the backyard, but we ran out of doggy bags. I asked if there were more somewhere in the house. I didn't expect it, but what Tammy did was bring by more in about 20 minutes. Hannes was also very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again... Cheers and Thanks...

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. We stayed here with our friends to visit our kids who attend Walla Walla University. It was convenient to be so close.
The backyard is large and perfect for relaxing and we wish we could’ve taken advantage of it except we had rainy weather.
We hope to stay here again in the future.

Six of us (three couples) gathered in Walla Walla to catch up and taste wine. We had a great time staying in this lovely, remodeled home. The house is just as pictured in VRBO...clean, modern and well-organized. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and centrally located to downtown Walla Walla and many wineries.
The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio and sitting around the fire in the evening talking and drinking good Walla Walla wines. The backyard is grassy, big and fully fenced if you're bringing your dog.
We have only good things to say about this home and would gladly stay again.

We met friends here for a weekend getaway and found it extremely comfortable for 4 adults, a teen, a preschooler, and two small dogs. The yard was a wonderful gathering place with lots of space, yard games, seating, and lights for after dark. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The owners clearly out a lot of thought into every detail of this wonderful vacation home and I look forward to staying there again.
