KITCHEN, DINING + LIVING AREAS

The Cafe

Inspired by a cozy European cafe, this warm, inviting kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals with family and friends or relax over a cup of local coffee and a good book at one of the three cafe tables. Featuring: A single cup coffee maker with provided Starbucks K-cups, a 12-cup coffee maker with Greenville's very own Methodical Coffee, a french press for the coffee connoisseur, various tea selections, high quality pots, pans and utensils, serving and drink ware, classic spices, oil and vinegar, and high quality, sustainable soaps by Public Goods.

The Indoor Living Space

The perfect space to play a classic board game, enjoy a cocktail or cozy up in front of a movie, the indoor living space offers plenty of seating and side tables. Featuring: A large, cozy sectional, two swivel chairs, circular sea grass coffee table, Samsung Frame TV, and a basket full of classic games to play with friends and family.

The Outdoor Living Space

This charming front porch with a dining table for 8 and three petite sofas is the picture of perfection when it comes to connecting over a morning coffee or afternoon charcuterie board. Serving ware, an ice bucket, table runner, and linen napkins are stocked in the kitchen for those days that call for a simple but luxurious picnic right at home.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom One: The Chess Bathroom

Originally the home's butler's pantry, this space is a comfortable new addition. Featuring: Public Goods hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, antique marble vanity, sconces and overhead lights for optimal lighting, custom glass enclosed shower, teak shower stool, and Delta shower system with hand shower.

Bathroom Two: The Vintage Bathroom

The home's original bathroom with marble floor tile that was uncovered and restored during the latest renovation. Featuring: Public Goods hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, marble console vanity, sconces and overhead lights for optimal lighting, custom glass enclosed shower, teak shower stool, and Delta shower system with hand shower. Note: Due to the age and previous treatment of the original floor tile, some imperfections are noticeable.

This house is perfection! So beautifully and tastefully decorated. My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before the wedding. The wedding was held at Judson Mill, so this house was conveniently located and provided some quiet time away before the ceremony. Then, the bride and groom stayed here on their wedding night. Jessica is an amazing host and we could not have been more pleased!

We booked this home for our yearly girls get away. We are 4 women who are all 70 years old. This home was not only convenient to the city of Greenville, the home is beautiful. It’s beautifully decorated and appointed and had all that you would need or want in a home. ( whoever decorated this home, I’d love to have them decorate my own home) The hostess, Jessica, was always quickly responsive to my questions. And we LOVED the croissants that she sent over on our first day. It made our first morning so lovely. Four good friends having croissants and coffee on the lovely front porch. I gave a 4 for the accuracy of the online listing only because online it states 2 full baths and 2 half baths but there are only 2 full baths. Which are large and were perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. Comfortable beds (with fluffy bedding), lots of room to spread out. It appears to be a historical house, that's fully restored. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate, and fully stocked for a hassle free visit. Probably close enough to downtown to walk, however we chose to drive. Nice front porch (ideal for playing games).
