Very cozy and the most quaint home in a lovely town. The house had every detail we needed and more. I would stay there again. Walkable to restaurants and shops.

The house was exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for. We loved the close proximity to downtown, the front porch and the comfortable beds. Highly recommend this house. Greenville is a really nice place to visit.

This house is perfection! So beautifully and tastefully decorated. My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before the wedding. The wedding was held at Judson Mill, so this house was conveniently located and provided some quiet time away before the ceremony. Then, the bride and groom stayed here on their wedding night. Jessica is an amazing host and we could not have been more pleased!

This is an amazing house in an absolutely amazing location. We had the best time and a short walk to a great concert. Thanks for making our daughters 21st birthday a great success.

We booked this home for our yearly girls get away. We are 4 women who are all 70 years old. This home was not only convenient to the city of Greenville, the home is beautiful. It’s beautifully decorated and appointed and had all that you would need or want in a home. ( whoever decorated this home, I’d love to have them decorate my own home)
The hostess, Jessica, was always quickly responsive to my questions. And we LOVED the croissants that she sent over on our first day. It made our first morning so lovely. Four good friends having croissants and coffee on the lovely front porch.
I gave a 4 for the accuracy of the online listing only because online it states 2 full baths and 2 half baths but there are only 2 full baths. Which are large and were perfect.
I would definitely stay here again.

Had a mini family reunion after my daughter’s wedding and could not be more pleased about the stay. House was very clean and well furnished. Parking behind the house was a big plus! Would highly recommend Jessica and the house!

This place was amazing. Comfortable beds (with fluffy bedding), lots of room to spread out. It appears to be a historical house, that's fully restored. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate, and fully stocked for a hassle free visit. Probably close enough to downtown to walk, however we chose to drive. Nice front porch (ideal for playing games).

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Pettigru House. It was so beautifully decorated and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and hassle-free. Communication was easy and friendly with our host and her associate. We loved the easy access to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail. A quiet and peaceful weekend for us :-). We will definitely return!

My girlfriend and I visited GVL to celebrate my birthday. The home has been recently updated; the furnishings and fixtures are very nice and the property is kept so clean. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms the place is perfect for a large family or a few couples. I plan on staying here again.

Have stayed in over 30 vacation rentals during the last 2 decades, this was one of the best! Clean, comfortable and well stocked! Lovely, quiet neighborhood which was close to everything. Jessica was awesome with quick informative responses including great suggestions for restaurants even while she was traveling outside of the country!

My mom and I met two other family members in Greenville for a three night stay and stayed in this beautiful, comfy home. We enjoyed EVERYTHING about Jessica’s home! We had two gorgeous evenings to enjoy gathering on her cozy front porch with a few glasses of wine and snacks, before going to dinner in downtown Greenville, which is literally a five minute drive from her home. Her house truly is as beautiful in person as it is depicted online. Jessica was a wonderful host and communication with her could not have been easier. She was pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend Staying in this amazing home when in Greenville! Thank you, Jessica!

The house was perfect for our sister's get-together, which included seeing a concert at the Bon Secours Arena (walking distance). The rooms were decorated with such attention to detail! So southern and warm. The croissants were a special treat! We all appreciated staying in such a lovely home.
Jessica is a fabulous host!

The house was so comfy and charming. It is at a great location, close to downtown, which was perfect for our annual friends getaway! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, check in and check out were super easy, and there was plenty of parking.
Jessica went above and beyond, starting soon after we booked. She provided so many great recommendations for things to do, where to eat, where to park, great views, etc. She was very responsive, provided some extra treats, and did everything possible to help make our trip memorable.
Greenville is a beautiful area and I would love to come back.

Jessica’s home is one of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed at, and I have high expectations being a former host myself. She is my kind of host, making sure that all of your essentials are covered and no need to rush over to the store right away. The home is cleaned spotless! She also left a few treats for us upon arrival which made for a pleasant welcome. The space is filled with all cooking essentials and even more that you might need while staying. The interior design and thoughtful touches really make you feel cozy and at home while there. Seriously, no detail was left out when thinking of guests staying here and what they might need.
Location is great! It took us about 7-10 minutes to get to the most places we were going, if not less. Jessica’s home will be the first one I check to stay at should we need a bnb when we return to Greenville!

This house is simply gorgeous. Every detail is tastefully done. The location to all downtown Greenville has to offer is blocks away. We were there for a wedding and a home gives you quality family time and helpful since we were traveling with an infant. Jessica was so gracious. I’m looking for an excuse to return!! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this is at the top of my list.

This property is absolutely amazing! Every detail of the home is perfect! Great location, beautiful southern front porch to relax on, kitchen fully stocked with beautiful accessories! The owner reached out several times to make sure everything was good and even left pastries from a near by bakery. We had my daughters bridal party stay here and get ready the day of here. Was perfect for all the girls to stay - plenty of room. I would highly recommend this house for Brides To Be! Will definitely be renting this home again.

My family was "wowed" by the beauty and comfort of this historic home. This homes updates were attractive as well as high end. The beautifully displayed breakfast pastries and delicious coffee gave us a warm welcome as. we entered the French inspired kitchen. The beds were so comfortable, and everything we needed for a wedding/iron, steamer, washer and dryer, front porch for socializing and eating, easy entrance/exit (two steps), and ample parking aided my family to enjoy a hectic, busy, and celebratory weekend!

We were very pleased with this beautiful home. The owner was gracious and helpful at every turn. The house was very well-appointed with tasteful linens, fluffy towels, lovely decor, perfectly-equipped kitchen (i.e., china, glasses, coffee-maker, applicances, etc. all top-knotch). The layout and beauty of the interior was excellent - we especially liked the fabulous bathrooms! So special in every way - looks just like the pictures but even better in person. 2 minute drive to Main street or easy 10 -15 walk. Location was perfect. Nice historic neighborhood - close to downtown but quiet.
Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our family!

Our family stayed here during our college visit tour. Every detail of the house was well thought out. The house was extremely comfortable and is decorated beautifully. The hostess was very responsive and made everything a breeze. We highly recommend this home.

This VRBO was phenomenal! It was incredibly clean, well-decorated, and homey! A group of 8 of us girls got together to celebrate one of our friend’s bachelorettes. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was a 5 minute or less drive into downtown, so coming and going was easy. Jessica was very available to answer any questions/concerns and was extremely thoughtful with the treats she left for us. It felt more like renting from an old friend than from VRBO. If you have a group of gal pals (or family) that want a beautiful, relaxing home to stay in, you will not be disappointed with this choice! Everything was just perfect.

This cute house was awesome for my college girls weekend! House was so clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us!

Our family decided to meet up in Greenville for a concert and little getaway. I booked this house not knowing much about the area but it seemed perfect. It ended up exceeding our expectations! The location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to Bons Secours where the concert was and an easy walk or drive into town. The house itself is so welcoming and well done. No detail was missed down to outlets by each nightstand to charge cell phones, night lights, big fluffy towels and well stocked kitchen just to name a few. Beds were very comfortable and rooms stayed nice and dark to sleep in if you want or full of sunshine if you open curtains. Plenty of space and bathrooms and kitchen are so beautifully done. Our family all highly recommends it! Host was very responsive and gave great local recommendations as well!!

Most amazing property with ample room for our family as well as guests when entertaining. We stayed here while in town for our daughter’s wedding. The home has been expertly renovated with modern conveniences such as bedside charging outlets added while maintaining the lovely charm of this historic home. Jessica was the perfect host. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and it seems like there isn’t a need she hasn’t anticipated. We loved it so much we joked we might never leave!

My family and I loved this house. The house is beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked! Jessica and Amber were so attentive and thoughtful, checking in with us. Every conceivable care has been taken to make this lovely house as comfortable and beautiful as possible! The host went so far above and beyond our expectations in every way… From helping us plan our weekend itinerary to leaving a sweet little gift because she knew we were coming for a birthday celebration. Jessica’s taste is impeccable, her welcome and hospitality second-to-none. We’ll be back!

Our stay at Jessica's property was great from the moment we arrived. Clean, comfortable beds, shower pressure great (all important to us) The location is also excellent within minutes to downtown and the street is quiet, very nice to enjoy the evening or morning coffee from the front porch. We only found that we needed one kitchen item and when i reached out to inquire Jessica responded within the hour and had what we needed by that night. I don't think you can ask for more than that! Highly recommend.

Remodeled home in historic district in Greenville
We loved the remodeled home located in historic district just minutes from river walk district. The tree lined street shaded the large front porch that we spent most of the time on. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on. Would recommend this location to everyone.
