It is lovely

Clean and modern. Large rooms with outside terraces.
Lack of sound insulation and no black out blinds. Not really a resort - no breakfast and restaurant closed Sunday / Monday. You have to drive out to find breakfast.

Great location that is closed to shopping center yet away from street noise. Staff is great especially Paul. He was so friendly and very helpful. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. Nice TV program selection includes Netflix , AppleTV , etc. The resort has many nice facilities but we didn’t get to use them since our plan was hiking.
The room we stayed was bright at night even closing the blinds. We had to wear eye mask. I prefer a firmer mattress in general, but the bed was too hard that I had to keep tossing and turning. I could hardly get sleep. The room doesn’t have good noise insulation that we could clearly hear next room’s conversation

Location was amazing, attention to detail was fantastic, it was an adorable spot. It felt like they had thought of everything. There was even a white noise machine if it was too quiet. Since it was quieter and the hotel bar closed at 8 (if I remember correctly), I would say if you're planning on being rowdy and out late, maybe this isn't your spot, but then again, the individual bungalow rooms could be perfect for those folks. I found it perfect for an older family, golfers, joshua tree folks etc.
There was a school behind the facilities so if you stay on a weekday, you do have to be cognizant that they start at 7:30/8am. This is only for a handful of the rooms, and I myself stayed facing into the facility, so even though my parents were in the same unit, their room was the only one that could hear the school. They didn't mind since they are early risers anyways, just something to ask about when you book. They did however get an insanely nice view of the sunrise from their balcony.

L'emplacement était parfait.
Le matelas du lit était super confortable.
Stationnement gratuit.

Overall it is a good spot. Decent, nice and clean. Spacious studio with a good bed.
The restaurant was not very good. When you have the chance go for city center and get more value for the money with better food and better ambiance
4.5
Colorful decor that gave you the full Palm Springs experience, large room, great amenities which included a gym, warm pool and hot tub with floaties, and bikes to explore.
The carpet in the bedroom was stained in places but other than that the rest of the room was very clean

Beautiful desert setting!
Needs microwave in the rooms. We bought food at a drivr-thru that needed to be reheated and there was no way to do it.

Room was spacious and beautiful, there are also nice pool and leisure room.
Nobody cleaned our room and when I went to reception to get new towels - it was empty. When I told that to staff while checking out, he didn't pay attention.
4.5
The staff was great. The room was nice. The pool area was inviting. And they had breakfast choices.
Lack of counter space in the bathroom. Would have been nice if they had a nightstand.

Very nice
Odd smell in some places

The manager onsite John and his front desk clerk we very accommodating. Gave a better room when there was an issue with our room. Rooms looked like apartments/suites instead of hotel rooms, which made it very comfortable.
Walk-in shower leaked a lot of towels had to be used. Cleaning staff made a clear mistake with room maintenance and was not forthcoming about it when asked.
4.5
The food from room service was great.
The food order was sent and was missed, had to follow up front desk was able to help and our food arrived but we were not provided with utensils or napkins.
3.5
Great clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool and restaurant.
Loud music coming from pool area all the time.

The overall property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area more than anything and it was nice to have a decent gym to use while on vacation as well.
Rolando, one of the managers, was an absolute pleasure. He was so helpful, responsive, and courteous throughout our stay. He is a gem!
1. Cleanliness of the room - our first room had bugs all over the ground, it didn’t feel clean so we asked to be moved. Our second room had dirty carpet in the main area but the rooms have area rugs - seems like they’ll be impossible to keep clean.
2. Iron - we had a very leaky iron, when we requested a new one it was still leaky. Brown water all over your clothes.
3. Pool service and music - It was hard to get served at the pool or even bar, we didn’t understand why there was barely any staff on a holiday weekend. The music sounded like you were in a musical and there were commercials in between songs.
4. Facial - I asked to receive more info on a men’s facial for my boyfriend and never got that info.

Boutique style, great room with 2 bedrooms. Nice pool and staff. This property has a warm welcoming atmosphere!
Paid for an early check in, arrived 2ish, check in was 4pm. In all my years, that was a first. If room is ready should not charge an early check in. Most often, if a room is not ready, they just hold your bags and you go hang out at the pool. Found it really odd to start my experience by adding $50 for an “early check in”.

Location was great, nice and quiet being in a residential neighbourhood. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food we saw coming out to the pool area looked delicious!
The only complaint we had was the blinds in the bedroom did not block out the light, therefore we woke up super early with the light coming in. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and i think that could be fixed easliy if there was a thick mattress pad on top.
Could use some hooks in bathroom

I booked a pet friendly hotel here on booking knowing we would be traveling with our dog. “The Paloma”. The first thing I told the manager when we arrived was that we had a dog. Never a word about any deposit. We left very early the next morning. hours later I received a text say there would be a non refundable $100 “deposit”.
we already left! The dog never barked and maybe left 2 dog hairs. I’m 61. l left more hair. well, I’ll never go back to this place. 🐕🦺

Great pool and floaty cushions. Rooms are large, bathroom is great. Staff is friendly if disorganized. Nice sized fridge.
Grounds are well kept. Adults only (though parents brought kids into restaurant and then let them run around the pool unsupervised). Not the resort's fault - just noting we did see kids a few times.
They had live music some nights which was a nice touch.
Seems geared towards 40-70 crowd though some younger couples there.
Overpriced for quality ($330/night after taxes). No blackout curtains, mattress was very firm. If you put fan on, cheap vertical blinds rattle non-stop.
Breakfast was disorganized and awkward each morning. Fresh fruit was nice but coffee was late each of the three days. Tight/awkward space so only one person can grab food at a time.
North side of property is next to a school or daycare which was blasting announcements (plus screaming kids).
In hindsight would have either spent a little more for a true resort or half the price for similar beds and a place to use as a base.

This hotel was amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of amenities! I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a semi-private, shared front balcony (kinda like a porch) and a smaller back balcony. It had a larger than usual fridge and Kuerig machine. I enjoyed sitting on the back balcony in my Paloma robe sipping coffee, eating some free continental breakfast while basking in the sun! I liked everything about the hotel, but would love to visit again to enjoy more of its amenities outside of my room. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a place to stay in the area!
They have cute mugs in the rooms I think they should sell in the lobby.

it was so well decorated and setting up as perfect with the mountains as a back drop

Management tried hard to make our stay pleasant.
Really loved the walk-in shower
Rooms are sub par. Small and disjointed. Room was hard to get comfortable in.
