great location and size of the appartment

Quiet location but really close to the main beach and promenade, a short 15 minute walk. A master bedroom with its own toilet an bathroom, A shared bathroom. Easily could fit 4 adults with more than enough comfort. The terrace is nice and big and gets sun in the morning, perfect for a first coffee of the day.

During the winter months the heating could be better, we ware able to get the main ac in the living room to go in to heating mode, in the bedrooms this was impossible . The amount of hot water during the cold monts must be more, even with the good instructions available, still not enough.

Nice stay, would come back

The ensuite bathroom didn't have hot water, although we used the boost feature, it seemd to do the trick only for the other bathroom. Not a big problem, as our stay was rather short.

December city break

Very nice apartment, quite big, good equiped. Really big and nice terrace. This is the perfect place to stay for a group of people (separate bedrooms, two bathrooms), living room, kitchen and terrace. Good contact with the owner, self check-in without problems

Apartments situated conveniently near the city centre, but in a quiet street, without road noise. Rather comfortable beds, dishes and kitchenware, including washing machine and dishwasher. A cozy terrace with dining table and several places to sit and chill. A parking place just in the house. Comfortable beds and a lot of closets. The manager came to ask if we needed to change bedlinen and towels and whether we need toilet paper. We also received enough sufficient info before arrival on how to get to the house, get in and use the boiler.

The parking place very hard to reach even with a medium car - needed wife to go out of the car and control my parking as it was very difficult. The narrow road to the house was half under construction which caused extra difficulties even to drive to the house additionally to parking inside. Having apartment for up to six people (six sleeping places on 4 beds) there were only 3 forks, 4 knives, a couple of scoops etc. The management should check this. All 4 days of our stay the neighbors from closest apartment in the same building woke us up with crying baby. And this crying continued all day long - so we had to spend most of the day out. There is a tv in the apartment but we were not able to use it as there were no channels - only SmartTV with apps that we normally do not use. Usually on Cyprus while renting apartments we got them with a TV module with satellite channels, first time when we got just a “screen” without being able to use it.

I stay every year in Cyprus but this was by far the best place and will be booking for summer next year!!!

Perfect, recommended place.

The comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities, and the renewel of the towels.

The pillows were a bit soft but that’s my opinion. They gave us new towels without letting us know that they will come to the house.

Lanarca Cyprus trip

Spacious ..all items utensil available at the accommodation . For me three location is good as far abit from the clubs and restaurants not too noisy but still can hear the music..

Just the abandoned house next to it .

Great location, very quiet and very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Clean, speacious, great showers and beds, good AC, everything new and modern. Easy self check-in. We had a lovely stay!

Poor communication with the managing company. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel.

they did not leave not even one detergent for clothes. when you have children you need to wash something. the neighborhood is old and the district doesn’t offer many things to do!

Perfect stay

The apartment was big and spacious clean and beds were so comfortable, hairdryer,plenty clean towels even had dishwasher tablets for our stay provided 2 bottles water plenty sachets tea&coffee and small sachets of milk perfect for when you arrive after long flight.7 minute walk to town centre from apartment so very handy I will definitely recommend these apartments and I will be booking up again

Although we arrived 19 April weather was lovely and warm shame no sun at all on balcony so got a bit chilly late afternoon to sit outside, other than that perfect

new and clean and the staff was very cooperative I called them for some repairs and they were very helpful and solved the problem immediately.
