Nice place, clean etc, but the floors are noising and with the design it echo's through the house and in the bedrooms. We were two elders with different sleep schedules and this as a problem.

The place is clean, quiet, and just fine except one thing, the listing should warn people is is noisy, the floors and stairs squeak bad so if you have children or elders that nap no one else can move or walk without a echoing noise.

Overall impression was good. Very clean inside. There was a large patch of ice at the bottom of the front steps. Little things like need hand towels in lower 1/2 bath. But overall good. Anchorage has had a lot of snow lately. A tree in the backyard had a large broken branch that has broken the fence, left a large hole. It may have happened recently. The back steps from the deck were untidy. But we would stay here again. Neighborhood was good.

We live in Alaska and stayed here for a few weeks between selling and purchasing a home. This location is convenient and close to everything you need in Anchorage. The neighborhood is safe for children. The home is clean and well kept. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Regardless of your needs, this property will meet them. Highly recommended by this local. Thank you for a great stay!! :)

Property was clean and nice. However, they ask you to try and leave it clean which is more than reasonable but there are absolutely know cleaning supplies. No broom, dust pan, any type of mop, paper towel roll, rags or cleaning cloths, sprays etc. someone staying one night that might be ok, but we stayed four and a half days with kids aand the floors got to be a mess and nothing to sweep up or clean anything! I Called local manager Mike and politely asked how were we supposed to clean up spills, dirt on floors (no carpets) etc. but Mike was not interested in hearing from me in any way. He said he would drop a broom off but never showed or called. At one point during the call I had to ask him if he was still on the line. Not the experience Our family was looking for. So easy to remedy but no luck! One other thing of concern was there is a 6-8 inch water service pipe with the metal water cap sticking straight up in the driveway. Our car would have hit it if I would not have noticed it and hit my brakes driving into the driveway. Real dangerous and could some major damage to your car. The BBQ ‘s propane lasted one nights cooking and ran out as we were cooking the next night🤯🤯. Pros, the house had been recently upgraded and was spacious, beds comfortable, washer/dryer great , kitchen adequately supplied other than know toaster.. we liked the house except for notes above that would be so easy to remedy. Sorry, but Not sure I would stay again🤔
