About this house rental

This beautiful home, named after my late dog Paco, is a 2/2 with a furnished basement and extra sleeping space. We have a king bed in the main, and a twin over full size bunk with trundle in the second bedroom on the upper level. Additional sleeping in the basement we have a queen bed, twin daybed, AND queen sleeper sofa. Our backyard is fully fenced in, with a trampoline, picnic table seating with an umbrella for shade, and of course your doggies welcome with a small pet fee. We also have a toy-bin with sanitized kids toys for your little ones. (1 night stays have $75 clean, message me for reimbursement).

Place was clean and met expectations. King bed was comfortable. We could have used more dishes and larger bowls for mixing and salads but we managed by using small plates. Does VRBO always require their guests to strip all bedding, take all trash to curb and wash all dishes?

We enjoyed our stay. It was great for kids with the basement and beds downstairs. They enjoyed the trampoline outside too! It was reasonably priced. It worked out great for our 4 night stay in Lincoln!

Everything here was outstanding, from the beautiful home, comfortable beds and spacious layout. The finished basement has laundry and a nice bathroom. Plenty of sleeping space with sofas for relaxing. Fenced yard and private drive. We will stay again! The host was extremely sweet and kind.

We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper.

Our family was in town for a memorial. The VRBO had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to the places we needed to get to and was a good neighborhood.

We enjoyed this cozy home over the coldest weekend of the year. Snow was DEEP! Our hosts thoughtfully cleared the driveway for us and were quick to answer all of our communications. It was perfect for our family! We loved it so much we are going back in April!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is exactly as described and shown in photos. It is exceptionally clean and the owners added a few snacks and drinks to an already well stocked kitchen including dog cookies for our appreciative pup. It is a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to the university. We will definitely be back!

Great space for our group. Some could stay downstairs and some upstairs so there was plenty of space. Very nice house close to campus. Host really accommodating as she allowed us to stay a few hours past check out, if needed! Really enjoyed the property. Oh, the younger family members loved the trampoline even though the weather was cold!

We stayed here for a few days for a wedding we had on the otherside of town. Pros: -Location. Less than 10 minutes from dining options and a grocery store. Highway and Lincoln nearby as well and easy to access. -Beds were comfortable and clean -Had a few drinks available for when we arrived and snacks. Also had a small selection of spices and essential cooking items. Also had some shampoo and conditioner available. Cons: -Dish soap was almost empty on arrival and no sponges. Had to get some, which is fine but a pan was dirty probably because these were not available. -Understand having external cameras, but these were on after dark and just felt odd being recorded coming into the house and leaving. -Although house was overall clean, there was some touchup spots that just stuck out. (Baseboards were a little dirty, some paint upstairs needed to be touched up) Overall recommendation: Limited rentals in Lincoln. Location was close to a lot of things and was easy to navigate. Had a small incident while staying and host was very understanding and helpful. Likely would stay again if we are out in Nebraska again.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. A beautiful house to rest in and close to restaurants and grocery. I do appreciate the fenced in back yard for my dogs! More VRBOs should provide fenced in yards for our dogs, our furry babies. It is home away from home

We stayed with our family of 8 very comfortably! Nice, safe neighborhood with awesome neighbors. The trampoline in the back for the kids was an added bonus that we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Awesome communication from the owner!

The location was close to the interstate so easy for our road trip. The space in the house was great, only comments would be that some areas are a bit beat up (in need of some paint repairs) and the backyard is fenced but not well maintained.

We came to town for the Nebraska Spring Game. It ended up being just my son and I, but it was still cheaper than most hotels in town! The house was very nice. It was comfortable and clean. It was a short drive for game parking, but not bad at all. We will continue to rent here for games if it is available.

Easily accessible house with access to Lincoln airport and downtown in just minutes. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host were very kind and left some dog treats and snacks and drinks for myself. 10/10 experience!

This was a great little home for a quick stay in Lincoln. Very clean & cozy. The host was quick to respond when I had a question upon arriving. Nice little hospitality extras provided, as well. Other than a lot of street parking/congestion in the neighborhood (beyond the host’s control), this is definitely a place I’d recommend.

What a wonderful home! It was very clean and updated. The home is quaint but the finished basement and fenced in backyard offer additional space for the kiddos to run and play. Within 5 minutes are restaurants and a grocery store. They provided all of the basic essentials and Aftin (the owner) was very quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family stayed here this past weekend. We arrived and it was icy everywhere. Aftin’s communication was great and she had someone come out and salt the driveway and stairs/porch so we could safely navigate.

My family and I went to see my daughter for a long weekend and we stayed at this little beauty. The house was very clean, it has a lot of beds so everybody enjoy it’s own space. The kitchen is fully equipped and it had a big backyard. They thought of everything you might need when you are away from home. Love the place and we’ll be going back every time we go to Lincoln to visit our baby!

What an adorable rental house! The house is exactly as advertised and better in person. Our family of five had plenty of places to sleep and with the basement, room to stretch out. There is a big TV in the basement with board games and few toys provided. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't do much cooking, as we were there for a family reunion, but it was nice to be able to have breakfast at home every morning. The kitchen items looked new and in great shape. There is a wonderful pantry to store plenty of food and snacks. Also, Aftin does a wonderful job communicating, as I messaged her many times with questions. She was alway prompt and courteous with her responses. The location of the house was ideal, especially to visit UNL (9 min from house to parking space). We easily visited family north, south and downtown with our longest drive being 15 mins. Also there is a grocery store just down the street, as well as a Sonic Drive In for slushes and ice cream (since it was about 100 degrees during our visit). The fact that this is a pet friendly house with a fully fenced backyard is amazing! The best part for my husband was getting to the house after a 10 hour drive to find two cold beers in the fridge waiting for him (as well as two bottled waters and two drink pouches for the kids)!! Thank you, Aftin, for allowing us to stay in your home! We would highly recommend it to anyone!!
