Gorgeous place that would have been perfect with more attention to detail

This hotel has all the ingredients of something wonderful. Beautiful views and settings, friendly and helpful staff, walks from the doorstep, spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool.

I don't know if it's because it was January but the hotel was completely empty other than us which gave everything a strange feeling. Staff didn't have enough to do with just us there so we're on their phones a lot. For the price (which felt high) we expected a bit more attention to detail. But I imagine at a busier time this would be a lovely place. There was no menu - they asked you what you wanted but without knowing the options that was tough, and as a vegetarian the price felt high for what they made me.

A beautiful new hotel a short distance from Oualidia with an amazing pool overlooking the lagoon

The location was beautiful, with fantastic views of the lagoon and a peaceful, luxurious pool. The breakfast was generous in size and delicious. Service was attentive.

Towels weren’t all entirely clean.

Beautiful villa and lovely staff

Spacious rooms, very quiet location away from the business of central oualidia. Really nice food at the restaurant, friendly staff and close drive to the beach.

There is no wifi except in the restaurant. The air con doesn’t work very well - kept turning on and off all the time.

Great atmosphere, very relaxing, we did really enjoy our stay there. the facility has beautiful design, great view, welcoming staff, nice swimming pool, nice rooms/suits ... You can watch an incredible sunset where the sun meets the atlantic ocean Special thanks to Nabil who was very welcoming and helpfull

Maybe internet connexion, but it was a good Opportunity to disconnect

This is a high quality property with a friendly attitude. Hard to ask for more.

This Villa is a gem, recently built with a great deal of care and decorated with taste. It cannot really be seen from the street as it makes its way down the hill through several levels. The set-up of the rooms offering a large separate balcony overlooking the laguna and beyond the sea was unusual and well thought out. The food in general was excellent, and so was the service, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The space around the swimming pool is a bit tight, but not enough to be a concern.

Great weekend

Taking the breakfast (delicious!) with a view on the laguna, hearing the ocean waves crash behind the dunes was a great moment. The staff was very friendly, easily reachable (also via Whatsapp which is handy for people with no local number), located off the main street leading to Oualidia. The room was huge and good value for money. You can hike next to the laguna riverbed all the way to Oualidia (attention to the tides as with high tide the passage requires you to get rid of your shoes :)).

The wifi is not suitable for staying there and work. It works but slowly and I had to supplement with my own 4g hotspot.

A truely unique place in the middle of the lagoon

The villa really is something unique! Pictures and words can not really describe the beauty of it. The villa, the spacious rooms, the terraces, the pool and ofcourse, the view... of the lagoon and sea. We have spent 2 lovely nights here! I recommend doing a walk along the lagoon, starting from the backyard to the sea. We even spotted flamingos!! I will definetely be coming back if I have the chance!

Funny experience

- the pool: it is nice and well kept. - small place: I counted 7 rooms. - the chef and the food: the breakfast is nothing special but abundant. They have a fix menu for dinner for all the guests which is good. Best part: In the morning you can ask your own personalized dinner, we had a wonderful meal with crab and lobster. breakfast is included in the price. dinner no. - we asked to change room the first night, and they allow us without problem. Luckily there was a better room empty. - they have the bidet in at least 4 rooms. - Place is very easy to find if you use google map.

- The villa is nice and with great potential, but poorly organized. - electricity problem (you need to have a generator in such isolated place) and water pressure (shower) and drain (sink) problems. - rooms: they are not described properly and, IMHO, much worst then what they look like: some of them don't have windows, others have very small windows; almost all of them have this funny concept that the main entrance is a door/window with curtains. you might feel uncomfortable and without privacy. Lots of humidity because the rooms are very dark and with very poor circulation of air. They are the worst part of the place. - internet doesn't work in at least 4 rooms and normal signal is poor or totally not there in these rooms. - dining room: only two proper tables in the terrace. then a huge wooden table to share with other guests. uncomfortable. why don't you provide at least 4-5 single dining tables for the guests? If you are fully booked, you might have 10+ guests to have breakfast at the same time: it would be an uncomfortable situation: people will need to share the big table. - the manager/host is a kind person. But being the host is not the right job for him. - If you do not speak French or Arabic, you will have difficulty in communication. - a bit overpriced for the services offered.
